【摘要】:商業(yè)銀行在伴隨著繁榮的經(jīng)濟(jì)和金融制度改革的逐步深化,以及社會(huì)對(duì)銀行需求的日新月異的變化,其自身也面臨了在這個(gè)時(shí)代許多問題的約束,諸如:同行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)加劇、營業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)增加、業(yè)務(wù)范圍受限、存貸款利息差變小等,較為單一的盈利方式阻礙了我國商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)營的健康穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。 在我國加入世貿(mào)組織以后,許多外資銀行利用其自身在電子網(wǎng)絡(luò)以及信息技術(shù)等高新科技技術(shù)方面的優(yōu)勢(shì),同時(shí)在我國對(duì)外資銀行開放的國家政策下,提前搶占了我國尚處于發(fā)展初期的中間業(yè)務(wù)市場(chǎng)。而對(duì)于我國商業(yè)銀行,缺少先進(jìn)的中間業(yè)務(wù)管理和成熟的定價(jià)機(jī)制,因而中間業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展就相對(duì)緩慢。其主要表現(xiàn)為:首先,大部分國內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)產(chǎn)品收入相對(duì)于總收入的比重遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)低于西方國家,比亞洲成熟穩(wěn)定的市場(chǎng)如日本、新加坡等也有不小的差距。其次,國內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)產(chǎn)品品種稀缺、覆蓋范圍狹小,都集中在原始的匯兌、代收代付、信用卡及信用證、抵押等產(chǎn)品。含有高技術(shù)含量及附加值的咨詢服務(wù)類、金融衍生工具交易方面的中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展不足,涵蓋面小。近年來,國內(nèi)資本市場(chǎng)發(fā)展加快,大量資金直接脫離銀行中介直接進(jìn)入資本市場(chǎng)同時(shí),利率市場(chǎng)化加速擠壓了之前傳統(tǒng)存貸款業(yè)務(wù)的獲利空間。因而面對(duì)以上內(nèi)憂外患的中間業(yè)務(wù)市場(chǎng)局面,努力提高自身的各項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)能力,發(fā)展中間業(yè)務(wù),成為國內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行的唯一選擇。 近年來,我國國內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行在金融服務(wù)方面取得了長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展,并取得了一定的成績(jī),但在中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展上還存在諸多問題,其根源在于收費(fèi)問題的不健全,價(jià)格個(gè)管理機(jī)制方面有待完善。長(zhǎng)期以來,我國商業(yè)銀行把中間業(yè)務(wù)只是作為傳統(tǒng)存貸款業(yè)務(wù)的附屬品,而中間業(yè)務(wù)定價(jià)問題關(guān)系著其自身的發(fā)展和未來,僅被作為吸引客戶的方法方式是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠的。低價(jià)處理中間業(yè)務(wù)產(chǎn)品的做法不僅是對(duì)資源的極大浪費(fèi),更是違反了市場(chǎng)經(jīng)營獲利的原則和目標(biāo)。2003年6月26日,《商業(yè)銀行服務(wù)定價(jià)管理暫行辦法》的頒布,說明了商業(yè)銀行對(duì)于中間業(yè)務(wù)產(chǎn)品收費(fèi)的權(quán)利。于是,如何利用現(xiàn)有的對(duì)中間業(yè)務(wù)產(chǎn)品定價(jià)的權(quán)力參與市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),尋求定價(jià)地方優(yōu)勢(shì),最終實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)營管理盈利的目標(biāo),成為了現(xiàn)今階段我國商業(yè)銀行的一個(gè)重要課題。 之前對(duì)于中間業(yè)務(wù)定價(jià)收費(fèi)研究的著作,具有很高的理論價(jià)值,同時(shí)也存在著一些不足。很多學(xué)者對(duì)于中間業(yè)務(wù)產(chǎn)品的定價(jià)與收費(fèi)是運(yùn)用貸款定價(jià)的方法,而忽視了附加值高的特點(diǎn);其次,現(xiàn)有的研究對(duì)象沒有對(duì)不同的中間業(yè)務(wù)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行區(qū)分,缺乏科學(xué)性。正是在這種背景下,本文在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,著重研究了更適合我國商業(yè)銀行的中間業(yè)務(wù)定價(jià)與收費(fèi)的方式,分析和提出了較為完善的定價(jià)模型,運(yùn)用理論與實(shí)際相結(jié)合的研究方式,采用實(shí)證分析與案例分析相結(jié)合的研究方法,按照以下幾個(gè)部分展開: (1)從定價(jià)目標(biāo)、原則、影響因素等方面對(duì)國內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)定價(jià)體系進(jìn)行描述,通過研究非利息收入對(duì)中間業(yè)務(wù)產(chǎn)品收入的彈性,分析了現(xiàn)今階段國內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)產(chǎn)品定價(jià)體系中存在的一些問題。 (2)本文通過建立模型分析得出,銀行越是努力,政府社會(huì)剩余最大化的目標(biāo)就越是容易達(dá)到,而商業(yè)銀行自身利潤(rùn)最大化就越難實(shí)現(xiàn),以此證明了政府指導(dǎo)定價(jià)的無效性,銀行自主定價(jià)的必要性,進(jìn)而提出國內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行定價(jià)應(yīng)該采取兩者相結(jié)合的模式。 (3)本文首先闡述了三種定價(jià)模型的定價(jià)原理及理論基礎(chǔ),分析確定了三種模型的適用范圍,并指出了單一模型的缺陷。文章從市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)及組合產(chǎn)品等因素綜合考慮,建立了綜合定價(jià)模型,分析了綜合模型的定價(jià)方案。最后,結(jié)合我國國情,對(duì)綜合模型進(jìn)行了價(jià)格方面的調(diào)整。 (4)文章通過信用卡業(yè)務(wù)、網(wǎng)銀業(yè)務(wù)及幾種特殊中間業(yè)務(wù)產(chǎn)品實(shí)例的實(shí)證分析,將幾種模型應(yīng)用于其中,得出了在實(shí)際定價(jià)過程中,定價(jià)區(qū)間需更加精確的結(jié)論。 (5)結(jié)論部分對(duì)現(xiàn)今階段國內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)定價(jià)的不足和缺陷提出了一些建議,建立中間業(yè)務(wù)產(chǎn)品的成本核算和分?jǐn)傮w系等。
[Abstract]:With the gradual deepening of the commercial bank in the prosperity of the economy and financial system reform, as well as community bank needs change rapidly change, it is confronted with many problems in this era of constraints, such as: the same industry competition, increased business risk, the business scope is limited, deposit and loan interest rate differential smaller, more single profitable way hindered the healthy and stable development of China's commercial banks.
After China joined the WTO, many foreign banks use their own in the electronic network and information technology and other high-tech technology advantages, at the same time open to foreign banks in China under the national policy, is still in the early stages of the development of intermediary business in China to seize the market in advance. For China's commercial banks, the lack of intermediary business the management of advanced and mature pricing mechanism, so the development of intermediary business is relatively slow. Its main performance is: first, most of the domestic commercial banks intermediate business income relative to the proportion of total income is much lower than in western countries than in mature and stable markets in Asia such as Japan, Singapore is not a small gap. Secondly, scarce product varieties of intermediary business of domestic commercial banks, narrow coverage, are concentrated in the original exchange, collection and payment, credit cards and credit cards, mortgages and other products. With high technology content and value-added consulting services, the development of intermediary business of financial derivatives transactions lack of coverage. In recent years, the domestic capital market development, a lot of money directly from the bank intermediary directly into the capital market at the same time, before the market interest rate to accelerate the extrusion of the traditional deposit and lending business profit margins. The face of the above domestic trouble and foreign invasion of intermediate business market situation, to improve the operational capacity, the development of intermediary business, the only choice for domestic commercial banks.
In recent years, domestic commercial banks in China has made great progress in financial services, and has made certain achievements, but there are still many problems in the development of the intermediary business, has its roots in the fee issue is not perfect, the price of a management system needs to be improved. For a long time, China's commercial banks to intermediate business only as the traditional deposit and loan business accessories, and pricing of the intermediate business related to their own development and the future is only as ways to attract customers is not enough. The practice of low-cost treatment of intermediate business is not only a waste of resources, it is a violation of the principles and objectives of the market operating profit in June 26th.2003, "Interim Measures for the administration of commercial banking services pricing > promulgated, illustrates the rights for the commercial bank intermediate business fees. So, how to use the existing intermediate industry The power of pricing products to participate in market competition, seeking local advantages, and ultimately achieving the goal of management and profitability has become an important issue in China's commercial banks.
Before the study of intermediate business pricing works, has a high theoretical value, there are also some shortcomings. Many scholars are using the method of loan pricing for pricing and charging intermediate business products, while ignoring the characteristics of high added value; secondly, the existing research object does not distinguish between different intermediate business products, the lack of scientific. Under this background, on the basis of previous research, focusing on the more suitable for Intermediate Business Pricing of China's commercial bank, analyzed and put forward a comparatively perfect pricing model, using the research method of combining theory and practice, adopting the research method of empirical analysis combined with the case analysis, according to the following parts:
(1) from the principle of pricing objectives, the intermediary business of domestic commercial bank pricing system to describe the influencing factors, through the elastic research on non interest income and intermediate business income, analyzes some existing problems of intermediary business product pricing system at present stage of the domestic commercial bank.
(2) through the establishment of model analysis, banks are more efforts, the government social surplus maximization is more easy to achieve, and the commercial banks to maximize profits is more difficult to achieve, in order to prove the validity of the government guidance pricing, need bank independent pricing, and then puts forward the pricing of domestic commercial banks we should take a combination of both modes.
(3) this paper describes the pricing principle and theoretical basis of the three pricing models, analysis to determine the scope of the three models, and points out the defects of single model. The article from the market competition and the combination of products and other factors into consideration, the establishment of a comprehensive pricing model, analyzes the pricing scheme of integrated model. Finally, according to the situation of our country, the comprehensive model of the price adjustment.
(4) through the empirical analysis of credit card business, online banking business and several special intermediate business cases, several models are applied to get the conclusion that the pricing interval needs more precise conclusion in the actual pricing process.
(5) the conclusion part puts forward some suggestions for the shortage and defects of the intermediate business pricing of domestic commercial banks in the present stage, and establishes the cost accounting and sharing system of intermediate business products.
