【摘要】：改革開放以來,外資銀行在我國得到了穩(wěn)定發(fā)展,且在國民經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展中,成為一支重要的力量。但是隨著我國金融市場的不斷開放,眾多中資銀行的實力也在日益增強,那么在這種情形下,外資銀行又如何利用這一機遇,在與中資銀行的競爭中能夠處于有利的地位。這對于眾多外資銀行來說,是一個重要的課題。大連DY銀行成立于1992年,是東北地區(qū)第一家外資銀行。但是近年來,隨著中國金融業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,中資銀行的實力和競爭力得到了不斷地增強,對大連DY銀行的業(yè)務發(fā)展構成極大的威脅與挑戰(zhàn),使得該行的整體利潤水平下滑較大。面對日益嚴峻的生存環(huán)境,大連DY銀行迫切需要制定新的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,以提高其核心競爭力�；诖�,本文以大連DY銀行為研究對象,運用戰(zhàn)略管理理論、PEST模型、波特五力模型和SWOT分析法,對銀行所面臨的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境進行了系統(tǒng)分析,并得到了該銀行發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機會和威脅。同時根據(jù)分析所得到的結果,選擇與制定了該銀行發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,并確定了其具體的整體戰(zhàn)略、競爭戰(zhàn)略以及職能戰(zhàn)略。最后,立足外資銀行的特點,系統(tǒng)提出了新戰(zhàn)略實施的保障措施,使整體戰(zhàn)略能夠得以順利實施。本研究不但為大連DY銀行的未來發(fā)展提供了戰(zhàn)略依據(jù)與戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,有利于推動該銀行的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,同時也對其他外資銀行的發(fā)展兼具一定參考意義。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, foreign banks have developed steadily in China and become an important force in the development of the national economy. However, with the continuous opening of our financial market, the strength of many Chinese banks is also increasing day by day. Well, under such circumstances, how can foreign banks take advantage of this opportunity to be in a favorable position in the competition with Chinese banks. This is an important issue for many foreign banks. Dalian DY Bank was established in 1992. It is the first foreign bank in Northeast China. But in recent years, with the rapid development of China's financial industry, the strength and competitiveness of Chinese banks have been continuously enhanced, which poses a great threat and challenge to the business development of Dalian DY Bank. In the face of the increasingly severe living environment, Dalian DY Bank urgently needs to formulate a new development strategy to improve its core competitiveness. Based on this, this paper takes Dalian DY Bank as the research object. Based on the theory of strategic management, pest model, Porter's five-force model and SWOT analysis, this paper makes a systematic analysis of the internal and external environment faced by the bank, and obtains the advantages and disadvantages of the bank's development. Opportunities and threats. At the same time, based on the results of the analysis, the bank's development strategy is selected and formulated, and its specific overall strategy, competition strategy and functional strategy are defined. Finally, based on the characteristics of foreign banks, This research not only provides the strategic basis and strategic planning for the future development of DY Bank of Dalian, but also helps to promote the sustainable development of DY Bank. At the same time, it also has some reference significance for the development of other foreign banks.
