【摘要】：2008年全面爆發(fā)的金融危機(jī),不僅對(duì)全球經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)生了消極影響,而且極大地沖擊了我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行的個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)。“零收益”、“負(fù)收益”理財(cái)產(chǎn)品的相繼出現(xiàn),使人們切實(shí)意識(shí)到我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理中存在諸多問題。因此,如何有效地對(duì)個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的各種風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行管理,對(duì)我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的快速、穩(wěn)健地發(fā)展,具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文針對(duì)筆者所在的JT銀行個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理中存在的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)管理機(jī)制不健全、客戶評(píng)估機(jī)制流于形式、信息披露制度不完整、銷售人員管理存在漏洞、投訴處理機(jī)制不完善等突出問題,從內(nèi)外部?jī)蓚�(gè)方面的制約因素進(jìn)行深入分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外同業(yè)先進(jìn)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),吸取同業(yè)慘痛教訓(xùn),提出從強(qiáng)化風(fēng)險(xiǎn)理念、優(yōu)化風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理架構(gòu)、完善產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)管理和銷售管理體系、建立健全人力資源績(jī)效考評(píng)體系四個(gè)方面,全流程、全面地完善J工銀行個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理。本文主要以JT銀行個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)為例,對(duì)其存在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了介紹和分析,并且以其作為實(shí)例來揭示風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的重要性,以期能夠?qū)?guó)內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行探索理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控措施及策略帶來啟發(fā)和幫助。
[Abstract]:In 2008, the financial crisis broke out in an all-round way, which not only had a negative impact on the global economy, but also had a great impact on the personal financial business of Chinese commercial banks. It makes people realize that there are many problems in the risk management of personal finance business of commercial banks in our country. Therefore, how to manage all kinds of risks of personal finance business effectively, and how to quickly manage the personal finance business of commercial banks in our country. It is of great practical significance to develop steadily. This paper aims at the imperfect product design management mechanism, customer evaluation mechanism and incomplete information disclosure system in the risk management of personal finance business of JT bank. There are some outstanding problems in the management of sales personnel, such as loopholes, imperfect complaint handling mechanism, and so on. Based on the in-depth analysis of the internal and external restrictive factors, we can learn from the advanced management experience of domestic and foreign counterparts and draw on the painful lessons of the same industry. From four aspects: strengthening the risk concept, optimizing the risk management framework, perfecting the product design management and sales management system, establishing and perfecting the human resources performance appraisal system, the whole process is put forward. Taking JT Bank as an example, this paper introduces and analyzes the risk of personal finance, and uses it as an example to reveal the importance of risk management. In order to explore the domestic commercial banks financial business risk prevention and control measures and strategies to bring inspiration and help.
