【摘要】：“立足社區(qū),服務三農(nóng)”,大到農(nóng)業(yè),小到農(nóng)村,微到農(nóng)民都是農(nóng)村信用社的服務對象,也是農(nóng)村信用社成立的根本宗旨。 隨著社會的前進、經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,農(nóng)村信用社力量的不斷壯大,社區(qū)中小企業(yè)、個體工商戶也逐漸成為了農(nóng)村信用社服務對象不可缺少的組成部分。但是,農(nóng)村信用社相對落后的體制、相對落后的管理、人員素質(zhì)偏低等一系列問題一直影響著農(nóng)村信用社更好的服務社區(qū)、服務“三農(nóng)”。和林格爾縣位于內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)中部,是呼和浩特市最近的旗縣之一,交通非常便利,而且是內(nèi)蒙古乳都的所在地,是呼和浩特市招商引資發(fā)展經(jīng)濟的重要地區(qū)。和林格爾縣盛樂經(jīng)濟園區(qū)中小企業(yè)較多,有蒙牛、可口可樂、蒙草抗旱、燕京等眾多知名企業(yè),大力帶動了和林格爾縣經(jīng)濟的持續(xù)發(fā)展。同時,也是和林格爾縣農(nóng)村信用社的潛在服務客戶,提高和林縣農(nóng)村信用社整體實力,服務好當?shù)卮笮≈髽I(yè),將會給和林縣農(nóng)信社帶來不可估量的前景。 因此,對和林格爾縣當前發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ难芯?具有十分現(xiàn)實的意義。本文以和林格爾縣農(nóng)村信用社為研究對象,對和林縣農(nóng)村信用社的內(nèi)外部發(fā)展環(huán)境進行剖析,分析競爭優(yōu)劣勢,運用企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略理論、波特五力模型、SWOT分析等方法,明確和林縣農(nóng)村信用社未來發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,最終制定符合企業(yè)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略措施。
[Abstract]:"based on the community, serving the three rural areas", as large as agriculture, small to rural areas, small to the farmers are rural credit cooperatives are the object of service, is also the fundamental purpose of the establishment of rural credit cooperatives. With the progress of society, the development of economy and the growing strength of rural credit cooperatives, the small and medium-sized enterprises in the community and individual industrial and commercial households have gradually become an indispensable part of the service objects of rural credit cooperatives. A series of problems such as rural credit cooperatives' relatively backward system, relatively backward management, low personnel quality and so on have always affected the better service community of rural credit cooperatives, serving the "three rural areas". Helinger County is located in the central part of Inner Mongolia Autonomous region. Hohhot is one of the nearest flag counties in Hohhot City, with convenient transportation, and is the seat of Rudu City in Inner Mongolia. It is an important area for attracting investment and developing the economy in Hohhot City. There are more small and medium-sized enterprises in Shengle Economic Park in Hulingle County, including Mengniu. Coca Cola, Mongolian Grass drought Relief, Yanjing and many other well-known enterprises have greatly promoted the sustained economic development of Helinger County. At the same time, they are also potential service customers of the Rural Credit Cooperatives in Helinger County, and have improved the overall strength of the Rural Credit Cooperatives in Helin County. Serving well-known local enterprises will bring an inestimable prospect to Helin Rural Credit Cooperative. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the current development potential of Helinger County. This paper takes the Rural Credit Cooperatives of Helinger County as the research object, and analyzes the internal and external development environment of the Rural Credit Cooperatives in Helingle County. By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of competition, using the theory of enterprise strategy and the SWOT analysis of Porter's five-force model, this paper clarifies the future development strategy of rural credit cooperatives in Helin County, and finally formulates the strategic measures in line with the development of enterprises.
