【摘要】：被形象比喻為“龍象之爭”的中國和印度是亞洲經(jīng)濟發(fā)展速度最快的兩個國家，在2011年被譽為跨國公司最為青睞的投資目的地。在經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中，外商直接投資（FDI）給這兩個國家?guī)淼慕?jīng)濟效益有目共睹；但是外國直接投資對兩國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的促進作用及帶來的經(jīng)濟效益都有有很大的差異，因此對于中國和印度兩國吸引和利用FDI的比較研究都具有很強的現(xiàn)實意義。 本文首先將梳理FDI對東道國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展影響的理論，從理論上論證了FDI對東道國，特別是發(fā)展中國的經(jīng)濟增長起到了非常重要的作用，也進一步論證了FDI從資本、技術(shù)、產(chǎn)業(yè)、就業(yè)和貿(mào)易等五個方面的經(jīng)濟效應(yīng)來影響東道國的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展。然后本文比較了中印兩國利用FDI的數(shù)量和結(jié)構(gòu)等基本情況，并分析了造成其巨大差異的原因。再在其基礎(chǔ)上，通過理性分析和計量驗證，詳細闡述和對比FDI對兩國帶來的經(jīng)濟效益的不同，從而得出了中國FDI的短期效應(yīng)明顯，基數(shù)效應(yīng)大，目前占據(jù)了優(yōu)勢；但印度FDI的長期效應(yīng)顯著，乘數(shù)效應(yīng)大，未來潛力更大的結(jié)論。從中吸取印度好的經(jīng)驗，取之精華，棄之糟粕，給予中國吸引和利用FDI的政策建議。
[Abstract]:China and India, which have been likened to the "Dragon and Elephant Competition", are the two fastest growing countries in Asia. In 2011, they were regarded as the most popular investment destinations for multinational corporations. The economic benefits brought by foreign direct investment (FDI) to these two countries are obvious to all, but the role of foreign direct investment in promoting economic development and the economic benefits brought by foreign direct investment are quite different between the two countries. Therefore, the comparative study on the attraction and utilization of FDI between China and India is of great practical significance. In this paper, first of all, by combing the theory of the influence of FDI on the economic development of the host country, we demonstrate theoretically that FDI has played a very important role in the economic growth of the host country, especially in the developing countries, and further demonstrated that FDI is based on capital, technology and industry. The economic effects of employment and trade affect the economic development of the host country. Then this paper compares the basic situation of China and India using the quantity and structure of FDI, and analyzes the reasons for the huge difference. Through rational analysis and econometric verification, the differences of economic benefits brought by FDI to the two countries are elaborated and compared in detail. It is concluded that the short-term effect of FDI in China is obvious, the cardinality effect is large, and it occupies an advantage at present, but the long-term effect of FDI in India is remarkable. The conclusion that the multiplier effect is large and the future potential is greater. Draw from the good experience of India, take the essence, discard the dross, and give China policy advice to attract and utilize FDI.
