【摘要】：本文根據(jù)華潤銀行的現(xiàn)狀和未來的發(fā)展愿景,研究和擬定了五年的總體戰(zhàn)略和內(nèi)部體系中分層面、分階段的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,以便于銀行有著更加明確的發(fā)展方向；并以此為導(dǎo)向,整合銀行所有的資源,充分發(fā)揮新型股份制銀行的優(yōu)勢,加速發(fā)展的步伐。 本文試圖通過研究分析華潤銀行現(xiàn)有的內(nèi)涵、流程、模式和未來發(fā)展的各項動因,建立華潤銀行發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略管理能力評價的指標體系,選擇明確指標,規(guī)劃華潤銀行未來五年的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。 華潤銀行在堅持業(yè)務(wù)品種的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展,建立員工的專業(yè)專長,向客戶提供高品質(zhì)金融服務(wù),最終成為客戶首選成長伙伴和行內(nèi)一流特色銀行目標奮進,并能最終實現(xiàn)股東價值和員工價值最大化而努力。
[Abstract]:According to the current situation and future development vision of China Resources Bank, this paper studies and formulates the overall strategy and the development strategy of the internal system in five years, in order to facilitate the bank to have a more clear direction of development, and take this as the direction. Integrate all the resources of the bank, give full play to the advantages of new-stock banks, accelerate the pace of development. This paper attempts to establish the evaluation index system of China Resources Bank's development strategy management ability by studying and analyzing the existing connotation, process, model and various motives of future development of China Resources Bank, and select clear indicators. Plan China Resources Bank's development strategy for the next five years. China Resources Bank is insisting on the innovation and development of its business variety, establishing the professional expertise of its employees, providing high quality financial services to customers, and finally becoming the preferred growth partner of customers and the goal of first-class characteristic banks in the industry. And can ultimately achieve shareholder value and employee value maximization and efforts.
