中國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的FDI技術溢出效應研究

【摘要】:經(jīng)過近30年的合資合作,我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)得到了長足的發(fā)展。外資的進入對我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)制造能力的提高和產(chǎn)業(yè)結構的改善都起到了極大的推動作用。另一方面,我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)與發(fā)達國家相比還有很大差距,特別是在核心技術和創(chuàng)新能力方面;外資的大量進入也導致了我國本土汽車企業(yè)處于市場和技術“邊緣化”的危險之中。針對這些問題,只有通過系統(tǒng)研究中國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的FDI技術溢出效應,才能對其有一個更正確的認識,從而提出相應的解決對策。 本文基于以上視角,從理論和實證兩個角度對該問題進行研究。首先從理論上分析了FDI技術溢出效應產(chǎn)生的機理以及影響因素。并以汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)為研究對象,分析了FDI在我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展概況,包括我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)引進FDI的歷程、特點和發(fā)展的新趨勢,接著從整個汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的角度定性分析了FDI對我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的影響。實證部分,采用1992-2010年的我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的相關數(shù)據(jù),運用雙機制檢驗模型分析了FDI的流入對內(nèi)資汽車企業(yè)產(chǎn)生的溢出效應,得出的檢驗結果為:外資企業(yè)勞動生產(chǎn)率是內(nèi)資企業(yè)勞動生產(chǎn)率變動的主要原因,而外資的參與程度與內(nèi)資企業(yè)勞動生產(chǎn)率變動沒有顯著的聯(lián)系。最終得出的基本結論是:一方面,整體上FDI促進了我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的技術進步和產(chǎn)業(yè)結構的提升;另一方面,FDI對內(nèi)資企業(yè)的“競爭性溢出效應”是顯著的,而“集聚性溢出效應”并沒有得到充分體現(xiàn)。本文的最后就如何更好的促進和擴大汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的FDI技術溢出效應提出了相應的對策建議。
[Abstract]:After nearly 30 years of joint venture and cooperation, China's automobile industry has been greatly developed. The entry of foreign capital has greatly promoted the improvement of manufacturing capability and industrial structure of China's automobile industry. On the other hand, Compared with the developed countries, there is still a big gap between China's automobile industry and the developed countries, especially in the core technology and innovation ability. The large amount of foreign capital also causes the domestic automobile enterprises to be in the danger of being "marginalized" in the market and technology. In view of these problems, only through the systematic study of the FDI technology spillover effect of the Chinese automobile industry, In order to have a more correct understanding of it, and then put forward the corresponding countermeasures. Based on the above perspective, this paper studies this problem from both theoretical and empirical perspectives. Firstly, it theoretically analyzes the mechanism of FDI technology spillover effect and its influencing factors, and takes the automobile industry as the research object. This paper analyzes the development of FDI in China's automobile industry, including the course, characteristics and new development trend of introducing FDI into China's automobile industry, and then qualitatively analyzes the impact of FDI on China's automobile industry from the perspective of the whole automobile industry. Based on the relevant data of China's automobile industry from 1992 to 2010, this paper analyzes the spillover effect of FDI inflow on domestic automobile enterprises by using the double-mechanism test model. The results of the test are as follows: the labor productivity of foreign-funded enterprises is the main reason for the change of labor productivity in domestic enterprises. However, the degree of participation of foreign capital has no significant relationship with the change of labor productivity of domestic enterprises. Finally, the basic conclusions are as follows: on the one hand, FDI has promoted the technological progress and the upgrading of industrial structure of China's automobile industry as a whole; On the other hand, the "competitive spillover effect" of FDI on domestic enterprises is significant. However, the "agglomeration spillover effect" has not been fully reflected. Finally, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to better promote and expand the FDI technology spillover effect of automobile industry.
