工商銀行昆明市A支行電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展策略研究

【摘要】:自1999年國內(nèi)銀行推出網(wǎng)上銀行服務(wù)以來,隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,國內(nèi)電子銀行不斷加強(qiáng)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展和創(chuàng)新,在10多年的發(fā)展中,取得了快速增長,電子銀行的替代作用不容小覷。目前電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)主要包括網(wǎng)上銀行、手機(jī)銀行、電話銀行、短信銀行、電視銀行、自助銀行等,業(yè)務(wù)涵蓋了銀行傳統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)及理財、貴金屬交易、外匯買賣、賬戶原油、無卡取現(xiàn)等創(chuàng)新業(yè)務(wù)。電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)在經(jīng)歷了單純的渠道擴(kuò)張和傳統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)覆蓋后,開始進(jìn)入全新的發(fā)展階段,在推動商業(yè)銀行戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型方面發(fā)揮著重要作用。 本文共分六個部分,第一部分從電子銀行的研究背景開始,簡述國內(nèi)外電子銀行發(fā)展歷史,探討了電子銀行發(fā)展的歷程及發(fā)展過程中存在的問題。電子銀行的快速發(fā)展必將改變銀行傳統(tǒng)的經(jīng)營理念和經(jīng)營模式,電子銀行將成為未來商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展的趨勢。針對工商銀行昆明市A支行電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展情況,提出具體的研究路線和方法。第二部分闡述了傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)銀行業(yè)務(wù)以及電子銀行發(fā)展在傳統(tǒng)銀行轉(zhuǎn)型中的作用分析,并以工行為例,具體說明了電子銀行發(fā)展的營銷、服務(wù)和管理體系。第三部分主要對A支行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r及電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展情況進(jìn)行分析,提出目前A支行電子銀行發(fā)展特點(diǎn)及存在的問題。第四部分從業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)、客戶群、SWOT分析法三個角度對A支行業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行詳盡的分析,通過各種具體的數(shù)據(jù)來清晰認(rèn)識目前電子銀行客戶結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展重量輕質(zhì)的問題。第五部分從“電子銀行發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)、電子銀行產(chǎn)品營銷策略、電子銀行服務(wù)支撐系統(tǒng)建設(shè)策略、電子銀行發(fā)展管理體系建設(shè)策略”四個方面對A支行電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展進(jìn)行探索,提出了A支行電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展與營銷策略。 本文具有一定的參考價值,提出了一些新思想、新觀點(diǎn),對基層銀行的電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展有一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Since 1999, with the rapid development of Internet technology, the domestic electronic bank has been strengthening the business development and innovation, and has achieved rapid growth in the development of more than 10 years. At present, the electronic banking business mainly includes online banking, mobile banking, telephone banking, short message banking, television banking, self-help banking, and so on. It covers the traditional business of banking and financial management. Precious metals trading, foreign exchange trading, account crude oil, non-card withdrawals, and other innovative businesses. After pure channel expansion and traditional business coverage, the electronic banking business has begun to enter a new stage of development. It plays an important role in promoting the strategic transformation of commercial banks. This paper is divided into six parts. The first part begins with the research background of electronic banking, and briefly describes the development history of electronic banking at home and abroad. This paper probes into the course of the development of electronic bank and the problems existing in the course of its development. The rapid development of electronic bank will change the traditional management idea and mode of the bank. Electronic banking will become the development trend of commercial banks in the future. The second part expounds the role of traditional commercial banking and the development of electronic banking in the transformation of traditional banks, and takes ICBC as an example to explain the marketing of the development of electronic banking. Service and management system. The third part mainly analyzes the development of branch A business and electronic banking business, and puts forward the development characteristics and existing problems of branch A electronic bank. 4th part from the business structure, Customer group SWOT analysis from three angles to conduct a detailed analysis of branch A business, through a variety of specific data to clearly understand the current electronic banking customer structure is unreasonable, 5th part from the "electronic banking development strategy objectives, electronic banking product marketing strategy, electronic banking service support system construction strategy," This paper probes into the development of E-bank business in Sub-branch A from four aspects, and puts forward the development and marketing strategy of E-Banking in Sub-Branch A. This paper has some reference value, and puts forward some new ideas and viewpoints, which can be used for reference to the development of the electronic banking business of the basic bank.
