基于雙邊市場(chǎng)理論的信用卡產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:消費(fèi)金融是指由金融機(jī)構(gòu)向消費(fèi)者提供包括消費(fèi)貸款在內(nèi)的金融產(chǎn)品和金融服務(wù),在消費(fèi)金融比較發(fā)達(dá)的國(guó)家,由消費(fèi)金融支持的消費(fèi)在全部消費(fèi)中占較大比重。個(gè)人消費(fèi)金融在我國(guó)的迅速發(fā)展為我國(guó)信用卡產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了有利條件。我國(guó)第一張信用卡是由中國(guó)工商銀行發(fā)行于1995年的牡丹信用卡,經(jīng)過二十多年的發(fā)展,信用卡產(chǎn)業(yè)無論發(fā)卡市場(chǎng)還是收單市場(chǎng)都初具規(guī)模,境內(nèi)外受理環(huán)境得到極大改善。但同時(shí)也看到,相較于美國(guó)等信用卡產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)達(dá)的國(guó)家,我國(guó)信用卡產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展起步較晚,市場(chǎng)規(guī)模差距較大,國(guó)內(nèi)也頻現(xiàn)由于銀商“利益分配”不均等問題引發(fā)的特約商戶抵制信用卡支付的現(xiàn)象。信用卡產(chǎn)業(yè)雖然是極具潛力的產(chǎn)業(yè),仍處于發(fā)展初級(jí)階段,運(yùn)用最新的產(chǎn)業(yè)組織理論結(jié)合我國(guó)信用卡產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)我國(guó)信用卡產(chǎn)業(yè)提高競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)入發(fā)展成熟階段有重要意義。 本文第一章是緒論,介紹了論文研究背景、研究目的和意義、研究方法和文獻(xiàn)綜述。第二章到第四章按照“雙邊市場(chǎng)和信用卡產(chǎn)業(yè)理論研究→信用卡產(chǎn)業(yè)雙邊市場(chǎng)分析→中國(guó)信用卡產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀分析”的邏輯順序,從理論到實(shí)際層層遞進(jìn)的分析了信用卡產(chǎn)業(yè)的雙邊市場(chǎng)特征。第二章是理論介紹,主要介紹了雙邊市場(chǎng)理論相關(guān)概念和特征,以及介紹了信用卡產(chǎn)業(yè)的定義、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的構(gòu)成,并詳細(xì)介紹了信用卡產(chǎn)業(yè)供給方的行為主體:信用卡發(fā)卡行、收單行和銀行卡組織;第三章基于雙邊市場(chǎng)理論,從模型解釋、定性分析和實(shí)證分析研究信用卡產(chǎn)業(yè),以封閉組織下的信用卡雙邊市場(chǎng)模型解釋了信用卡持卡人和特約商戶相互影響的機(jī)制,通過聯(lián)立方程組實(shí)證分析了信用卡產(chǎn)業(yè)的交叉網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟(jì)特征;第四章收集和整理最新的數(shù)據(jù),結(jié)合前面章節(jié)的研究從我國(guó)信用卡產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),包括了信用卡產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模、集中度的分析,給予發(fā)卡行和政府關(guān)于我國(guó)信用卡產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的相關(guān)政策建議。
[Abstract]:Consumer finance refers to the provision of financial products and services by financial institutions to consumers, including consumer loans. In countries with relatively developed consumer finance, Consumption supported by consumer finance accounts for a large proportion of the total consumption. The rapid development of personal consumption finance in China provides favorable conditions for the development of the credit card industry in China. The first credit card in China was made by China Industrial and Commercial Bank. The Peony Credit Card issued on 1995, After more than 20 years of development, the credit card industry, both in the credit card market and in the receiving market, has taken shape, and the domestic and foreign reception environment has been greatly improved. But at the same time, we can also see that, compared with countries with developed credit card industries such as the United States, The development of credit card industry in our country started relatively late, the market scale gap was large, and the phenomenon of special merchants boycotting credit card payment caused by the unequal distribution of interest among banks and merchants in China frequently occurred. Although the credit card industry is an industry with great potential, It is still in the primary stage of development. It is of great significance for the credit card industry to improve its competitiveness and enter the mature stage by combining the latest industrial organization theory with the present situation of the credit card industry in China. The first chapter is an introduction, which introduces the background, purpose and significance of the research, research methods and literature review. Chapter II to 4th according to the "bilateral market and credit card industry theory research. 鈫扐nalysis on bilateral Market of Credit Card Industry. 鈫扵he logical sequence of the current situation Analysis of China's Credit Card Industry, from theory to practice, analyzes the characteristics of the bilateral market of the credit card industry step by step. The second chapter is the theoretical introduction, which mainly introduces the related concepts and characteristics of the bilateral market theory. It also introduces the definition of credit card industry, the composition of industry chain, and the main actors of credit card industry supplier: credit card issuing bank, single bank and bank card organization. Qualitative analysis and empirical analysis of the credit card industry, using the closed organization of the credit card bilateral market model to explain the credit card holders and special merchants interaction mechanism. Through simultaneous equations, the paper empirically analyzes the cross-network economic characteristics of credit card industry. Chapter 4th collects and collates the latest data, and starts from the development status of credit card industry in China, including the scale of credit card industry. The analysis of concentration gives the card issuer and the government relevant policy suggestions on the development of credit card industry in China.
