【摘要】：兵團(tuán)城鎮(zhèn)化有效推動新疆地經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會地發(fā)展,現(xiàn)今兵團(tuán)存在師市分設(shè)、支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)較弱、金融資金缺乏及環(huán)境約束很強(qiáng)等問題。本研究以兵團(tuán)城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)進(jìn)程中的金融支持為研究對象,從實(shí)證角度對金融支持人口、產(chǎn)業(yè)及空間城鎮(zhèn)化的效應(yīng)進(jìn)行印證,并得出相關(guān)結(jié)論。 第一部分：主要論述本文的選題背景和研究意義,接著對國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀作一簡單總結(jié),明確研究對象、研究方法及本文的創(chuàng)新與不足之處。第二部分首先對人口城鎮(zhèn)化、產(chǎn)業(yè)城鎮(zhèn)化、金融城鎮(zhèn)化和金融發(fā)展的概念及內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行界定,再對金融支持人口、空間及產(chǎn)業(yè)相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行闡述。第三部分：兵團(tuán)金融發(fā)展與城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀評析。從金融發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及二者之間互動關(guān)系進(jìn)行討論,分析得出在全國金融體制改革的背景下,兵團(tuán)金融業(yè)正趨于多元化發(fā)展,現(xiàn)代銀行體系逐步形成、金融服務(wù)能力有了一定的提高,再對兵團(tuán)城鎮(zhèn)化的變化歷程進(jìn)行描述分析,驗(yàn)證兵團(tuán)城鎮(zhèn)化的變化過程符合一般城鎮(zhèn)化演進(jìn)規(guī)律。 第四部分：兵團(tuán)城鎮(zhèn)化與金融支持的協(xié)調(diào)性分析。先根據(jù)兵團(tuán)1990至2010年間的數(shù)據(jù),構(gòu)建金融支持城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)進(jìn)程地指標(biāo)體系；其次進(jìn)行城鎮(zhèn)化與金融支持的對比分析,運(yùn)用改進(jìn)熵權(quán)法分析得出雖然城鎮(zhèn)化綜合指數(shù)得分是逐年上升的,但人口及產(chǎn)業(yè)城鎮(zhèn)化指數(shù)的作用并沒完全體現(xiàn),同時(shí),金融支持綜合得分增速較為平穩(wěn),其中金融支持結(jié)構(gòu)、人口城鎮(zhèn)化年環(huán)比為負(fù)增長；最終由協(xié)調(diào)度結(jié)果表明城鎮(zhèn)化呈現(xiàn)明顯地上升趨勢,金融的支持度變化不大,城鎮(zhèn)化中的金融支持協(xié)調(diào)度不太高,并且發(fā)展增速較為緩慢。 第五部分：重點(diǎn)討論城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)進(jìn)程中的金融支持效應(yīng)。第一運(yùn)用協(xié)整、格蘭杰檢驗(yàn)進(jìn)行二者整體相關(guān)性及因果分析,分析得出城鎮(zhèn)化是金融支持的單向原因；第二使用典型相關(guān)測算金融支持人口、產(chǎn)業(yè)及空間的效應(yīng),結(jié)果顯示金融規(guī)模及效率推動金融地發(fā)展,金融結(jié)構(gòu)對金融發(fā)展有抑制作用,空間城鎮(zhèn)化對城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展具有促進(jìn)作用,人口及產(chǎn)業(yè)對城鎮(zhèn)化具有抑制作用；第三路徑分析結(jié)果顯示出,一是金融規(guī)模、效率支持空間城鎮(zhèn)化地效應(yīng)較為顯著,二是金融結(jié)構(gòu)推動人口地城鎮(zhèn)化、抑制產(chǎn)業(yè)和空間的城鎮(zhèn)化；最后探討金融支持對不同規(guī)模的城市是否存在效應(yīng)差異,首先運(yùn)用綜合評價(jià)法對阿石河子市、阿拉爾市、圖木舒克市及五家渠市的城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)進(jìn)程進(jìn)行區(qū)域差異分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)人口與空間城鎮(zhèn)化對四市城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展具有正向促進(jìn)作用,同時(shí)2004-2010年間石河子市城鎮(zhèn)化綜合發(fā)展水平高于其他三市,再對四市的金融支持效應(yīng)進(jìn)行區(qū)域差異分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)四市金融發(fā)展水平均較低,2004-2010年四市金融支持綜合因子排名波動較大,不存在明顯高低之分。 第六部分：根據(jù)分析理論和實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)的研究結(jié)論,提出了完善金融結(jié)構(gòu)、促進(jìn)金融發(fā)展、加大人口城鎮(zhèn)化的金融支持力度、加大產(chǎn)業(yè)城鎮(zhèn)化的金融支持力度、完善區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)保障體系、充分利用資本市場支持人口城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展、銀行與資本市場結(jié)合、充分利用金融規(guī)模及金融效率促進(jìn)空間城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展等建議促進(jìn)城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)進(jìn)程中的金融支持效應(yīng),以及指出本研究的不足之處和有待進(jìn)一步研究的問題。論文對兵團(tuán)金融發(fā)展支持城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)行相關(guān)分析,在研究角度和方法應(yīng)用上有一定的創(chuàng)新,并根據(jù)分析結(jié)論提出了一些具有可操作性的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Urbanization effectively promote Xinjiang's economic and social development, the existing Corps division city is divided into weak, lack of funds and financial pillar industries, strong environmental constraints and other issues. In this study, urbanization in the process of constructing the financial support as the research object, from the empirical angle to the financial support of population, verifies the effect of industry and the space of urbanization, and draw relevant conclusions.
The first part mainly discusses the background and significance of this paper, then the research status at home and abroad to make a simple summary, clear the research object, research method and innovation and shortcomings of this paper. The second part of the population urbanization, industrial urbanization, defines the concept and connotation of urbanization financial and financial development, and financial support for the population, the theory of spatial and industry in this paper. The third part: analysis of the current situation of financial development and Urban Construction Corps. From the current situation of financial, urbanization development as well as the interaction between the two is discussed. The analysis on the reform of the national financial system under the background of the Corps financial industry which is diversified development the modern banking system gradually formed, the financial service ability has been improved, and then change the course of urbanization of the descriptive analysis, verification of Urbanization The process of change accords with the evolution law of general urbanization.
The fourth part: the urbanization and the coordination of financial support analysis. According to the 1990 corps to 2010 years of data, construction of financial support the construction of urbanization index system; secondly, urbanization and financial support of the comparative analysis, using entropy analysis shows that although the comprehensive urbanization index score is rising year by year however, the population and the industrial index of urbanization and the role of not fully reflected, at the same time, the financial support of the comprehensive score of growth is relatively stable, the financial support structure, population urbanization year-on-year negative growth; final results show that the coordination degree of urbanization has significantly increased, the financial support of little change, urbanization the financial support of the coordination degree is not too high, and the growth rate is relatively slow.
The fifth part: focus on the effect of financial support in the process of urbanization. The first use of cointegration test, Grainger correlation and causal analysis of the overall analysis of the two, that the urbanization is one-way reasons of financial support; second canonical correlation calculation of financial support in the industry and space effect, shows that the financial scale and efficiency promote the financial development, financial structure has inhibitory effect on financial development, has a role in promoting the urbanization development of urban space, population and industry have inhibitory effect on urbanization; the third path analysis results show that a financial support efficiency scale, space urbanization effect is significant, two is the financial structure to promote the urbanization inhibition of population, industry and space urbanization; finally discusses the financial support for the existence of different scale city effect difference, first use of comprehensive Evaluation of a Shihezi City, alar city, regional difference analysis Tumushuke city and Wujiaqu City urbanization process that has a positive role in promoting the development of urbanization, population and space of four towns, and 2004-2010 years of Shihezi city urbanization comprehensive development level is higher than that of the other three cities, and the effect of financial support for the four city the regional difference analysis, found that the financial development level of four cities were low, 2004-2010 years, four financial support for comprehensive factor ranking fluctuations, there is no obvious difference.
The sixth part: according to the theoretical research and empirical analysis conclusion, put forward to improve the financial structure, promote financial development, increase the financial support of population urbanization, increase the financial support for the industry of urbanization, improve the regional coordinated security system, make full use of the capital market to support the development of the urban population, banking and capital markets combined. Make full use of the financial scale and financial efficiency and promote the development of urban space that can improve the effect of financial support in the process of urbanization, and points out the inadequacies of the study and further research problems. The Corps financial development and urbanization by correlation analysis, has some innovations in research angle and method. And puts forward some operable suggestions according to the conclusions of the analysis.
