【摘要】：金融是現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要組成部分,甚至是核心組成部分,國金融發(fā)展程度對其經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展水平具有深刻影響,同樣農(nóng)村金融體系發(fā)展水平也對農(nóng)村社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展具有直接和深刻影響。由于我國東西部發(fā)展失衡,工業(yè)和農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展失衡,因此促進農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展是我國發(fā)展過程中必須面對的重大課題�，F(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟社會條件下,農(nóng)村金融發(fā)展水平是制約農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的諸多因素中最為重要的一個。因此,中國的社會主義新農(nóng)村建設和農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟社會的現(xiàn)代化,務必要加強對農(nóng)村金融體系和制度的建設和完善,研究新農(nóng)村建設中的金融支持問題也就理所應當。 本文分析了農(nóng)村金融發(fā)展與新農(nóng)村建設之間的關系,然后對我國農(nóng)村金融發(fā)展水平和現(xiàn)狀進行總結(jié),進而分析了其存在的問題和引發(fā)各種問題的原因,最后有針對性地提出解決農(nóng)村金融支持新農(nóng)村建設,解決自身存在問題的對策建議。 全文共分為五個部分： 第一部分,導論。本部分主要對該課題研究的背景、意義和研究方法、思路等進行了闡述。 第二部分,農(nóng)村金融理論與經(jīng)濟增長理論。本章主要歸納整理了金融發(fā)展、經(jīng)濟增長相關理論和中外學者的研究現(xiàn)狀。 第三部分,我國以農(nóng)村金融支持新農(nóng)村建設的必要性。農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟的增長是農(nóng)村金融發(fā)展的基礎和根據(jù),金融支持為農(nóng)村的經(jīng)濟和社會發(fā)展提供了必要支撐。二者是相互作用的,二者相互作用機制也證明了他們的內(nèi)在統(tǒng)一性。也就是說,農(nóng)村金融發(fā)展與農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟發(fā)展發(fā)展的良性循環(huán),是實現(xiàn)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟主體利益最大化的重要途徑。 第四部分,我國農(nóng)村金融現(xiàn)狀、問題及原因。本章在總結(jié)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟和農(nóng)村金融發(fā)展狀況的基礎上,分析其存在的問題,即農(nóng)村金融與農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟間并非內(nèi)生關系,因此農(nóng)村金融尚不能適應農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展要求,進而支撐農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展。 第五部分,農(nóng)村金融支持農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的對策建議。本章通過分析世界發(fā)達國家和典型發(fā)展中國家農(nóng)村金融支持農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的案例,得出農(nóng)村金融支持農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗。并針對我國農(nóng)村金融支持新農(nóng)村建設的具體問題,提出了農(nóng)村金融促進農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的對策和建議。
[Abstract]:Finance is an important part or even the core part of modern economic development. The degree of financial development in China has a profound impact on its level of economic and social development. Similarly, the level of development of the rural financial system also has a direct and profound impact on the development of rural society and economy. Due to the imbalance in the development of China's east, west and west, the development of industry and agriculture is out of balance. Therefore, promoting the development of rural economy and society is an important subject in the process of development of our country. Under modern economic and social conditions, the level of rural financial development is one of the most important factors restricting the development of rural economy. In the construction of new socialist countryside and the modernization of rural economy and society, it is necessary to strengthen the construction and perfection of rural financial system and system, and to study the problem of financial support in the construction of new countryside. This paper analyzes the relationship between the development of rural finance and the construction of new countryside, then summarizes the level and status of rural finance development in China, and then analyzes the existing problems and causes of various problems. Finally, the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems existing in the rural finance supporting the construction of new countryside. The full text is divided into five parts:. The first part, introduction. This part mainly describes the background, significance, research methods, ideas and so on. The second part, rural finance theory and economic growth theory, this chapter mainly summarizes the financial development, the economic growth related theory and the domestic and foreign scholars' research present situation. The third part, the necessity of supporting new rural construction with rural finance. The growth of rural economy is the foundation and basis of rural financial development. Financial support provides the necessary support for rural economic and social development. The two are interacted, and the mechanism of their interaction also proves their intrinsic unity. The virtuous circle of rural financial development and rural economic development is an important way to maximize the main interests of rural economy. Part 4th, the current situation, problems and reasons of rural finance in China. Based on the summary of rural economy and the development of rural finance, this chapter analyzes the existing problems, that is, the relationship between rural finance and rural economy is not endogenous. Therefore, rural finance can not meet the needs of rural economic and social development, and then support rural economic and social development. Part 5th, the countermeasures and suggestions of rural finance supporting rural economic development. This chapter analyzes the cases of rural finance supporting rural economic and social development in developed countries and typical developing countries. The experience of rural finance supporting the development of rural economy and society is obtained, and the countermeasures and suggestions of rural finance to promote rural economic and social development are put forward in view of the specific problems of rural finance supporting the construction of new countryside.
