【摘要】：典當(dāng)業(yè)的歷史悠久，被稱為現(xiàn)代金融業(yè)的鼻祖。目前，，典當(dāng)業(yè)的融資功能正越來越受到人們的關(guān)注和重視，這是典當(dāng)業(yè)進(jìn)入新一輪快速發(fā)展的重大歷史機(jī)遇，預(yù)示著典當(dāng)業(yè)廣闊的發(fā)展空間。面對中小企業(yè)融資服務(wù)這一龐大市場，典當(dāng)業(yè)發(fā)展充滿著機(jī)遇，但也需要克服重重困難，解決目前典當(dāng)業(yè)發(fā)展中面臨的諸多瓶頸問題。典當(dāng)業(yè)要想在市場競爭中立于不敗之地，首先就應(yīng)做好戰(zhàn)略選擇，明確戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)，這樣才能實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 本文以云南XY典當(dāng)行的可持續(xù)發(fā)展為研究主題，運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)分析法、個案研究法等方法，在系統(tǒng)闡釋典當(dāng)業(yè)和戰(zhàn)略管理理論的基礎(chǔ)上，深入公司內(nèi)部找尋其發(fā)展存在的問題，全面分析公司的內(nèi)部條件和所面臨的外部環(huán)境。然后通過SWOT戰(zhàn)略選擇工具，對云南XY典當(dāng)行的可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了選擇和定位。最后提出了云南XY典當(dāng)行可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略實施的保障措施。 本選題具有立意新穎（針對云南典當(dāng)行業(yè)方面的研究尚屬空白）、實踐性強(qiáng)（在具體調(diào)研基礎(chǔ)上得出研究結(jié)論）等創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。通過本文的研究，可以完善有關(guān)典當(dāng)行業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略管理理論，充實案例分析與思考方面的內(nèi)容，同時選題對云南XY典當(dāng)行的可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略選擇與制定具有很強(qiáng)的指導(dǎo)價值與參考價值，對行業(yè)內(nèi)其它典當(dāng)行的可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略選擇也具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Pawnbroker has a long history and is called the ancestor of the modern financial industry. At present, the financing function of pawnbroking is being paid more and more attention, which is a great historical opportunity for the pawnbroking industry to enter a new round of rapid development. Foreshadowing the broad development space of pawnbroking. In the face of the huge market of financing services for SMEs, the development of pawnbroking is full of opportunities, but it also needs to overcome many difficulties. In order to remain invincible in the market competition, pawnbrokers should first make a good strategic choice and make clear the strategic objectives so as to achieve sustainable development. This paper takes the sustainable development of Yunnan XY pawnshop as the research topic, using the methods of literature analysis and case study, on the basis of explaining the theory of pawn industry and strategic management systematically. Go deep into the company to find out the problems that exist in its development, analyze the internal conditions and the external environment of the company comprehensively. Then through the SWOT strategic choice tool. The sustainable development strategy of Yunnan XY pawn bank is selected and orientated. Finally, the guarantee measures for the implementation of sustainable development strategy of Yunnan XY pawn shop are put forward. This topic has innovative ideas (Yunnan pawn industry research is still blank, strong practicality (on the basis of specific research to draw research conclusions) and other innovative points. Through the study of this paper. It can improve the strategic management theory of pawn industry and enrich the content of case analysis and thinking. At the same time, the topic has a strong guiding value and reference value for the sustainable development strategy selection and formulation of Yunnan XY pawn bank, and also has certain reference significance for the sustainable development strategy choice of other pawnbrokers in the industry.
