【摘要】：2001年中國(guó)加入世貿(mào)組織以后，國(guó)內(nèi)的金融業(yè)開(kāi)始逐漸對(duì)外開(kāi)放，在銀行業(yè)的發(fā)展中開(kāi)始允許外資銀行的進(jìn)入，并從2007年開(kāi)始全面的對(duì)外開(kāi)放中國(guó)金融市場(chǎng)，加快了金融業(yè)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)改革的步伐，，外資銀行成為中國(guó)銀行業(yè)中重要的組成部分，也逐步深入?yún)⑴c到中國(guó)銀行業(yè)的激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中。中國(guó)的銀行業(yè)取得了長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展和進(jìn)步，對(duì)于經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展起到了良好的促進(jìn)作用，已經(jīng)成為世界上最重要的金融市場(chǎng)之一。經(jīng)過(guò)近幾年的發(fā)展，銀行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)已遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不是具體產(chǎn)品、單個(gè)客戶(hù)、收費(fèi)水平的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)，而是發(fā)展為品牌、管理模式、經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。 本文針對(duì)外資銀行這一主體，選擇韓亞銀行嶗山支行進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略分析、戰(zhàn)略選擇PEST分析與企業(yè)內(nèi)部資源分析，全面的展現(xiàn)了韓亞銀行的經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)境。本文將韓亞銀行嶗山支行的戰(zhàn)略定位在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制、目標(biāo)客戶(hù)群及財(cái)務(wù)管理這三個(gè)方面。 韓亞銀行的總體戰(zhàn)略選擇為：未來(lái)的發(fā)展中，人民幣存貸款業(yè)務(wù)將成為韓亞銀行的重點(diǎn)，短期內(nèi)中外資銀行之間的合作會(huì)成為該行業(yè)發(fā)展的主題，兩者之間將通重點(diǎn)。成本領(lǐng)先、差異化、集中化是外資銀行的業(yè)務(wù)單位戰(zhàn)略方面，通過(guò)系統(tǒng)、規(guī)范的培訓(xùn)和考核，為韓亞銀行的快速發(fā)展提供必要的人力保障,達(dá)成其戰(zhàn)略預(yù)期。
[Abstract]:After China joined the WTO in 2001, the domestic financial industry began to open to the outside world gradually, and began to allow the entry of foreign banks in the development of the banking industry. Since 2007, the Chinese financial market has been fully opened to the outside world, which has accelerated the pace of the reform of the financial market economy, and foreign banks have become an important part of the Chinese banking industry. China's banking industry has made considerable progress and has played a good role in promoting economic development. Has become one of the most important financial markets in the world. After the development of recent years, the competition of banking is far from specific products, individual customers, the competition of the level of charges, but to develop into a brand, management model. Competition in business strategy. Aiming at the foreign bank, this paper chooses Laoshan Branch of Asiana Bank to carry on the strategic analysis, the strategic choice PEST analysis and the enterprise internal resources analysis. This paper puts forward the strategic orientation of the Laoshan Branch of Asiana Bank in three aspects: risk control, target customer group and financial management. The overall strategic choice of Asiana Bank is: in the future development, RMB deposit and loan business will become the focus of Asiana Bank, and the cooperation between Chinese and foreign banks will become the theme of the development of the industry in the short term. Cost leading, differentiation, centralization is the strategic aspect of foreign banks' business units. Through systematic, standardized training and assessment, it provides the necessary human security for the rapid development of Asiana Bank. Achieve its strategic expectations.
