【摘要】：區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與金融支持的關(guān)系研究既是一個(gè)關(guān)系到國(guó)家區(qū)域均衡發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題,又是一個(gè)全新的重大理論問(wèn)題。1978年以來(lái),以河南為主體的中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)實(shí)現(xiàn)跨越式增長(zhǎng),取得了令人鼓舞的經(jīng)濟(jì)成果。在此其間,由于區(qū)域內(nèi)部金融支持能力不足,導(dǎo)致金融運(yùn)行狀況整體呈現(xiàn)弱化趨勢(shì),在一定程度上阻礙了中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的持續(xù)、穩(wěn)定、健康發(fā)展,成為制約中原崛起、河南振興的發(fā)展瓶頸。鑒于此,本文在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外已有文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行梳理的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的金融支持問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了比較全面、系統(tǒng)的研究,力求揭示金融支持區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的作用機(jī)理、動(dòng)力機(jī)制和發(fā)展趨勢(shì),并從中總結(jié)出有關(guān)金融支持與區(qū)域發(fā)展的一般性規(guī)律,以期豐富和發(fā)展區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展理論和金融深化理論,并在金融實(shí)踐領(lǐng)域中做出有益探索。 本文從金融深化與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展存在動(dòng)態(tài)相關(guān)性這一邏輯出發(fā),以經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)理論和金融理論為支撐,在借鑒經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家和發(fā)展中國(guó)家金融支持區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展所采用的主要模式及所取得的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ)上,將區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變以及“三化”協(xié)調(diào)納入到統(tǒng)一的框架中,構(gòu)建了金融支持中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的邏輯框架,探討金融支持對(duì)中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響,并利用實(shí)證研究分析了金融支持中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的渠道和效應(yīng),揭示了兩者之間存在的相互關(guān)系和變動(dòng)趨勢(shì)。同時(shí),基于區(qū)域金融支持對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力提升、“三化”協(xié)調(diào)、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變的影響,結(jié)合開(kāi)放條件下金融資源全球配置給區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展帶來(lái)的挑戰(zhàn),從金融發(fā)展層面來(lái)尋求區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的動(dòng)力,并提出了有關(guān)金融支持中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的政策建議。 通過(guò)研究發(fā)現(xiàn),中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)金融支持與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展不存在強(qiáng)相關(guān)關(guān)系；金融支持在一定程度上有利于區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的穩(wěn)定、健康、持續(xù)發(fā)展；金融發(fā)展差距可以部分地解釋中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)內(nèi)部經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的差距。在區(qū)域發(fā)展進(jìn)程中,一方面,金融只是被動(dòng)地適應(yīng)區(qū)域開(kāi)發(fā)對(duì)融資的需求,未能全面發(fā)揮金融在資源配置、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理、監(jiān)督企業(yè)、傳遞信息等方面的功能；另一方面,中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)在金融生態(tài)、信用環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式等方面還需要進(jìn)一步改善,這些因素的存在都會(huì)對(duì)金融支持區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的總體效果產(chǎn)生影響。 本文共分八章。 第一章為緒論。主要是從中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)金融支持的實(shí)際出發(fā),明確本文的研究背景及其理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,確立基本的研究對(duì)象和研究方法,然后定義和規(guī)范研究中涉及的相關(guān)概念,概括相應(yīng)的研究思路、結(jié)構(gòu)框架和主要內(nèi)容,并歸納出本文的主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新點(diǎn)。 第二章主要對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)研究進(jìn)行述評(píng)。本章梳理了國(guó)內(nèi)外金融支持與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),從區(qū)域金融、金融支持的視角對(duì)研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行綜述和評(píng)價(jià),厘清了國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和金融支持研究的內(nèi)容和現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)了既有研究的空白和不足之處,并從中找到了本文研究的切入點(diǎn)。 第三章主要提出了金融支持與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的理論分析框架。結(jié)合金融發(fā)展與金融支持,分析金融支持區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)、創(chuàng)新能力提升、發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變以及“三化”的發(fā)展脈絡(luò),建立金融支持中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的理論分析框架,并利用該框架研究金融支持區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的作用機(jī)理和傳導(dǎo)路徑,為本研究提供了有力的理論支撐。 第四章著重分析了金融支持區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的國(guó)際經(jīng)驗(yàn)。結(jié)合經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家、新型工業(yè)化國(guó)家金融支持經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的實(shí)踐,梳理出金融支持區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)和具體模式,并結(jié)合中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)實(shí)際,找到適合中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)發(fā)展的金融支持策略,為本文相關(guān)章節(jié)提供借鑒。 第五章主要考察了中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)金融發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀及問(wèn)題。從總體上對(duì)中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)金融發(fā)展的整體狀況進(jìn)行了分析,通過(guò)構(gòu)建相關(guān)指標(biāo)體系來(lái)衡量和評(píng)價(jià)區(qū)域金融發(fā)展的程度,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步分析中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)金融發(fā)展存在的主要問(wèn)題,為后續(xù)章節(jié)的研究提供現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。 第六章著重對(duì)金融支持中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。主要是對(duì)本文提出的分析框架進(jìn)行實(shí)證檢驗(yàn),從金融發(fā)展與產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)、金融發(fā)展與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)、金融發(fā)展與技術(shù)能力提升等幾個(gè)層面揭示出金融支持中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的具體效果,并結(jié)合實(shí)際指出影響金融支持區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的深層次原因。 第七章主要是提出完善金融支持中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)發(fā)展的政策建議。本章明確提出了中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)強(qiáng)化金融支持作用的總體思路,并根據(jù)區(qū)域發(fā)展特征,提出可以通過(guò)優(yōu)化金融生態(tài)、構(gòu)建區(qū)域金融中心、加快融資模式創(chuàng)新、加大金融支持產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展等政策措施來(lái)提升區(qū)域金融支持能力,擴(kuò)充金融服務(wù)功能。 第八章為結(jié)論與展望�？偨Y(jié)本文的主要結(jié)論,根據(jù)論文所做的工作,分析研究中存在的局限和不足,并提出未來(lái)研究有待進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)和需要深入研究的方向。
[Abstract]:The relationship between regional economic development and financial support is not only a realistic problem that relates to the implementation of national regional balanced development strategy , but also a brand - new big theoretical problem . Based on the logic of economic growth theory and financial theory , this paper constructs the logical framework of the economic development of the former economic zone by means of economic growth theory and financial theory , and analyzes the influence of financial support on the economic development of the Central Plains Economic Area , and analyses the influence of financial support on the economic development of the Central Plains Economic Area . In the process of regional development , financial support is beneficial to regional economic stability , health and sustainable development . In the process of regional development , financial support is only passively adapted to the demand of regional development for financing , but also needs to be further improved in the aspects of financial ecology , credit environment , economic development and so on , and the existence of these factors will have an impact on the overall effect of financial support region economic development . This article is divided into eight chapters . The first chapter is the introduction . It is mainly from the practice of financial support of Central Plains Economic Area . It makes clear the research background and its theoretical and practical significance , establishes the basic research object and research method , then defines and regulates the relevant concepts involved in the study , summarizes the corresponding research thinking , structure framework and main content , and sums up the main innovation points in this paper . The second chapter reviews the literature research at home and abroad . This chapter reviews the relevant literatures of financial support and economic development at home and abroad , summarizes and evaluates the research status from the perspective of regional finance and financial support , and finds out the contents and present situation of the research on regional economic development and financial support at home and abroad , and finds out the blank and deficiency of existing research , and finds out the entry points in this paper . In the third chapter , the theoretical analysis framework of financial support and economic development is put forward . Combining with the financial development and financial support , the paper analyzes financial support region ' s economic growth , innovation ability promotion , development mode transition and ' three - way ' development process , establishes the theory analysis framework of financial support for the economic development of the Central Plains Economic Area , and makes use of the framework to study the mechanism and conduction path of the financial support region ' s economic development , and provides a powerful theoretical support for this study . The fourth chapter focuses on the international experience of financial support regional economic development . Combining with the practice of the economic developed countries and the new industrialized countries ' financial support for the economic development , the successful experiences and concrete models of the financial support region ' s economic development are summarized , and the financial support strategy suitable for the development of the Central Plains Economic Area is found in combination with the actual economic zone in the Central Plains , which provides reference for the relevant sections of this article . The fifth chapter mainly studies the current situation and problems of the financial development of the Central Plains Economic Area . The overall situation of the financial development of the Central Plains Economic Area is analyzed in the whole , and the degree of regional financial development is measured and evaluated by constructing the relevant index system . On the basis of this , the main problems existing in the financial development of the Central Plains Economic Area are further analyzed , and the practical basis is provided for the research on the subsequent chapters . The sixth chapter focuses on the empirical analysis of the economic development of the former economic zone in the financial support . It is mainly to demonstrate the concrete effect of the financial support to the economic development of the Central Plains Economic Area from the aspects of financial development and industry association , financial development and regional economic growth , financial development and technological capacity promotion , and points out the deep reason that affects the economic development of the financial support region . The seventh chapter is mainly to put forward the policy suggestion to improve the development of the Central Plains Economic Area in the financial support . This chapter clearly puts forward the general idea of strengthening the financial support role in the Central Plains Economic Area , and puts forward the policy measures such as the optimization of the financial ecology , the construction of the regional financial center , the acceleration of the financing mode innovation and the development of the financial support industry , so as to improve the regional financial support ability and expand the financial services function according to the regional development characteristics . Chapter 8 is the conclusion and prospect . The main conclusions of this paper are summarized in this paper . According to the work done in this paper , the limitations and shortcomings in the research are analyzed , and the future research needs to be further improved and the direction to be further studied is proposed .
