【摘要】：隨著鄂爾多斯地區(qū)經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,富裕人群迅速崛起,人們對財富管理的意識日益增強。目前,中國建設銀行鄂爾多斯分行私人銀行業(yè)務已滿足不了高端客戶的理財需求,私人銀行業(yè)務發(fā)展中存在諸多問題,有待進一步研究分析提出相關建議及對策。 本文以中國建設銀行鄂爾多斯分行作為研究對象研究其私人銀行業(yè)務發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并結(jié)合目前私人銀行業(yè)務的經(jīng)營模式展開分析研究,重點分析研究中國建設銀行鄂爾多斯分行私人銀行業(yè)務發(fā)展中存在的問題,最后提出中國建設銀行鄂爾多斯分行私人銀行業(yè)務發(fā)展的對策及建議。旨在提升私人銀行核心競爭力,促進中國建設銀行鄂爾多斯分行私人銀行業(yè)務快速發(fā)展,提升鄂爾多斯地區(qū)私人銀行客戶市場占比,縮短與西方發(fā)達國家的差距,滿足高端客戶服務理財需求,為高端客戶提供專業(yè)化、差異化、一站式、一對一的尊貴服務,提升私人銀行客戶的忠誠度及貢獻度,為鄂爾多斯分行創(chuàng)造更大的利潤空間。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the economy in Ordos area and the rapid rise of rich people , people ' s awareness of wealth management has been strengthened . At present , private banking in Ordos Branch of China Construction Bank has not met the financial needs of high - end customers , and there are many problems in the development of private banking , and relevant suggestions and countermeasures are to be further studied . This paper focuses on the development of private banking in the Ordos branch of China Construction Bank by taking the Ordos branch of China Construction Bank as the research object , and analyzes the problems existing in the private banking development of the Ordos branch of China Construction Bank . The aim is to improve the core competitiveness of private banking , to promote the rapid development of private banking in the Ordos branch of China Construction Bank , to improve the gap between the private banking customers in the Ordos region and to improve the customer loyalty and contribution of the private banking customers , and to create a larger profit margin for the Ordos branch .
