【摘要】：加入世界貿(mào)易組織以來(lái),伴隨中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)以及國(guó)際貿(mào)易不斷增長(zhǎng),吸引國(guó)外直接投資的數(shù)量也在不斷上升。從國(guó)家層面來(lái)看,隨著我國(guó)融入世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的程度不斷加深,國(guó)外直接投資對(duì)中國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)、國(guó)際貿(mào)易起著重要作用;從國(guó)內(nèi)各個(gè)省級(jí)地區(qū)層面來(lái)看,FDI也有非常重要作用。但是,FDI在國(guó)內(nèi)各地區(qū)分布并不平衡:東部地區(qū)吸引國(guó)外直接投資數(shù)額常年多于中部和西部地區(qū)。本文利用面板數(shù)據(jù)分析跨國(guó)公司FDI在中國(guó)的形成因素,以及區(qū)位選擇因素,分析各地區(qū)吸引跨國(guó)公司FDI的主要原因。實(shí)證分析顯示,跨國(guó)公司在華直接投資最主要因素為其上一年數(shù)額,其次為各地區(qū)國(guó)際貿(mào)易值,與代表各地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)模的GDP關(guān)系不大。
[Abstract]:Since China's accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO), with the growth of China's economy and international trade, the amount of foreign direct investment (FDI) has been increasing. With the deepening of China's integration into the world economy, foreign direct investment plays an important role in China's economy and international trade. From the domestic provincial level, FDI also plays a very important role. The distribution of FDI in different regions of China is not balanced: the amount of foreign direct investment in the eastern region is more than that in the central and western regions all the year round. This paper uses panel data to analyze the forming factors of multinational corporation FDI in China. The paper also analyzes the main reasons for the region to attract multinational companies (MNCs) FDI. The empirical analysis shows that the most important factor of MNCs' direct investment in China is the amount of MNCs in the previous year. Secondly, the value of regional international trade has little to do with GDP, which represents the economic scale of each region.
