【摘要】：改革開放三十年以來，隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的日漸發(fā)展，我國企業(yè)對外直接投資發(fā)展迅速，形成一定的成就，是促進(jìn)我國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長重要組成部分。尤其是美國次貸危機(jī)之后，在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)受其影響對外投資總額呈下滑趨勢的情況下，我國企業(yè)對外直接投資呈快速增長的趨勢。黨和國家的政策號召我國企業(yè)大力開展“走出去”戰(zhàn)略。在此背景下，研究中國企業(yè)對外直接投資的影響因素，指導(dǎo)我國企業(yè)進(jìn)行科學(xué)合理的對外直接投資具有十分重要的意義。 研究方法上，本文采用是理論分析與實(shí)證分析相結(jié)合的方法，通過對美國次貸危機(jī)之后2007至2011年我國對外直接投資22個國家的數(shù)據(jù)為樣本進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。計量模型使用引力模型，利用EVIEWS軟件對樣本數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行面板分析，得出對我國對外直接投資有顯著影響的因素，并分析了我國部分因素與發(fā)達(dá)國家因素的不同特點(diǎn)。 在文章結(jié)構(gòu)上，，開始先闡述了研究的背景及意義，在此基礎(chǔ)上回顧了對外直接投資的相關(guān)理論和國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)。然后，文章介紹了我國對外直接投資的發(fā)展歷程以及現(xiàn)階段我國對外直接投資的現(xiàn)狀。再然后，介紹了理論上會影響我國對外直接投資的影響因素，包括：匯率、地理距離、東道國市場規(guī)模、雙邊貿(mào)易等因素。最后，根據(jù)樣本數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行計量分析，得出次貸危機(jī)之后影響我國對外直接投資的關(guān)鍵因素，并在最后一章中總結(jié)了我國對外直接投資依舊存在的部分問題，并提出了合理的建議。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up 30 years ago, with the development of economic globalization, foreign direct investment (FDI) of Chinese enterprises has developed rapidly, forming certain achievements. It is an important part of promoting China's economic growth. Especially after the subprime mortgage crisis in the United States, the total amount of foreign investment affected by the global economy is on a downward trend. Chinese enterprises' foreign direct investment (OFDI) is increasing rapidly. The policies of the Party and the government call on Chinese enterprises to carry out the "going out" strategy. Under this background, the paper studies the influencing factors of Chinese enterprises' OFDI. It is of great significance to guide Chinese enterprises to carry out scientific and reasonable foreign direct investment. In terms of research methods, this paper adopts a combination of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis. After the subprime mortgage crisis in the United States from 2007 to 2011 China's foreign direct investment in 22 countries as a sample for empirical analysis. The econometric model using gravity model. Through panel analysis of sample data with EVIEWS software, the factors that have significant influence on China's foreign direct investment (FDI) are obtained, and the different characteristics of some factors in China and those in developed countries are analyzed. In the structure of the article, the paper begins with the background and significance of the research, and then reviews the relevant theories of FDI and domestic and foreign literature. This paper introduces the development course of China's foreign direct investment and the present situation of China's foreign direct investment. Then, the paper introduces the influencing factors of China's foreign direct investment in theory, including: exchange rate. Geographical distance, market size of host country, bilateral trade and other factors. Finally, according to the sample data for econometric analysis, we get the key factors that affect China's foreign direct investment after the subprime mortgage crisis. In the last chapter, the author summarizes some problems that still exist in China's OFDI, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions.
