【摘要】：隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，金融衍生品在全球資本市場(chǎng)的地位日益提高。其中，期貨投資基金的作為金融衍生品的代表，具有降低投資組合風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、增加其收益以及具備在不同的經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境下盈利的能力，在資本市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展中占有舉足輕重的地位。 本文在我國(guó)期貨投資基金獲得合法地位的新背景下，參考美國(guó)管理期貨以及國(guó)內(nèi)證券投資基金的運(yùn)作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，舉例分析現(xiàn)階段國(guó)內(nèi)期貨公司開(kāi)展個(gè)人專戶管理業(yè)務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀以及存在的問(wèn)題，再通過(guò)分析我國(guó)宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境與期貨市場(chǎng)現(xiàn)狀，設(shè)計(jì)了我國(guó)發(fā)展公募期貨投資基金的思路及監(jiān)管建議。 文章首先介紹論文的背景。緊接著簡(jiǎn)要闡述美國(guó)期貨投資基金的發(fā)展情況，重點(diǎn)介紹其的功能和運(yùn)作模式。第三章為國(guó)內(nèi)期貨投資基金的現(xiàn)狀研究。重點(diǎn)提出G期貨公司發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的案例。之后，，設(shè)計(jì)出我國(guó)發(fā)展公募期貨投資基金的具體思路。最后，提出公募期貨投資基金的監(jiān)管建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of the world economy , the position of financial derivatives in the global capital market is increasing day by day . Among them , as the representative of financial derivatives , the futures investment fund has the important position in the development of capital market . In this paper , under the new background of the legal status of our futures investment fund , this paper , with reference to the operation experience of the United States Administration Futures and the domestic securities investment fund , analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the domestic futures company ' s personal account management business , and designs the thought and supervision suggestion of our country ' s development public - equity futures investment fund by analyzing the present situation of our macro - economic environment and futures market . This paper first introduces the background of the paper , then briefly expounds the development of American futures investment fund , and focuses on its function and operation mode . The third chapter focuses on the present situation of domestic futures investment fund . After that , the paper puts forward the case of the development status quo of G futures company . After that , the paper designs the specific thinking of China ' s development public - equity futures investment fund . Finally , it puts forward the supervision suggestion of the public - equity futures investment fund .
