【摘要】：隨著我國物流金融行業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,中鐵現(xiàn)代物流公司將物流金融業(yè)務作為未來公司業(yè)務發(fā)展的重點,積極拓展物流金融市場。但是,在開展物流金融業(yè)務的實踐過程中,遭遇物流金融風險的沖擊,造成了巨大的經(jīng)濟損失。 根據(jù)文獻資料和平安銀行調(diào)研的成果,對我國物流金融行業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀特點進行了歸納,揭示了整個物流金融行業(yè)發(fā)展面臨的主要問題,闡述我國物流企業(yè)在開展物流金融業(yè)務時面臨的主要風險。 介紹了中鐵現(xiàn)代物流公司的主要發(fā)展的傳統(tǒng)物流業(yè)務,初步分析了開展物流金融業(yè)務對于中鐵現(xiàn)代物流公司的必要性�；仡櫫酥需F現(xiàn)代物流金融業(yè)務的業(yè)務發(fā)展、主要業(yè)務模式及流程,論述了公司現(xiàn)有物流金融業(yè)務主要存在的風險和問題。梳理中鐵現(xiàn)代物流公司的風險管理體系,對其在風險管理上的不足進行簡要的分析。 針對中鐵現(xiàn)代物流公司在物流金融業(yè)務流程中的不足和風險,運用COSO風險管理理論,從風險產(chǎn)生的時間節(jié)點上,提出相應的管理對策。對于中鐵現(xiàn)代物流公司在風險管理上的漏洞,應調(diào)整風險管理組織的結(jié)構(gòu)、建立物流金融行業(yè)的預警體系和物流金融業(yè)務評價體系,以彌補中鐵現(xiàn)代物流公司的風險管理中存在的不足。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of logistics finance industry in our country, China Railway Modern Logistics Company regards logistics finance business as the key point of the future company business development, and actively expands the logistics financial market. In the process of carrying out logistics financial business, the impact of logistics financial risks has caused huge economic losses. According to the literature and the research results of Ping an Bank, this paper summarizes the current characteristics of the development of the logistics finance industry in China, and reveals the main problems facing the development of the entire logistics finance industry. This paper expounds the main risks faced by Chinese logistics enterprises in carrying out logistics finance business. This paper introduces the main development of traditional logistics business of China Railway Modern Logistics Company. This paper preliminarily analyzes the necessity of developing logistics finance business for China Railway Modern Logistics Company, and reviews the business development, main business model and process of China Railway Modern Logistics Finance Business. This paper discusses the main risks and problems existing in the current logistics financial business of the company, combs the risk management system of China Railway Modern Logistics Company, and makes a brief analysis of its shortcomings in risk management. Aiming at the deficiency and risk of China Railway Modern Logistics Company in the logistics financial business process, using the COSO risk management theory, from the risk generation time node. To deal with the loopholes in risk management of China Railway Modern Logistics Company, the structure of risk management organization should be adjusted, and the early warning system and the evaluation system of logistics financial business should be established. In order to make up for the China Railway Modern Logistics Company's risk management deficiencies.
