【摘要】:城市商業(yè)銀行作為我國銀行業(yè)的“第三梯隊”在成立之初其業(yè)務(wù)活動被限制在所在城市。近年來,隨著區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的發(fā)展及跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營政策的放開,城市商業(yè)銀行單一城市制的經(jīng)營模式已不能滿足市場發(fā)展要求。首先,地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的發(fā)展帶動了資金的跨區(qū)域流動,客戶不斷要求銀行能夠為其提供跨區(qū)域的金融產(chǎn)品與服務(wù),跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營成為城市商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展的一大趨勢。其次,監(jiān)管部門通過審慎的研究,按照分類指導(dǎo)的原則,逐步放寬了對資質(zhì)較好的城市商業(yè)銀行跨區(qū)域發(fā)展的限制。2009年4月,,銀監(jiān)會發(fā)布《關(guān)于中小商業(yè)銀行分支機(jī)構(gòu)市場準(zhǔn)入政策的調(diào)整意見(試行)》,放寬了城商行跨區(qū)域設(shè)立分支機(jī)構(gòu)的有關(guān)限制,并調(diào)整了省內(nèi)設(shè)立異地分支機(jī)構(gòu)的審批流程,有力推動了跨區(qū)域的快速發(fā)展。 跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營要結(jié)合自身情況考慮很多因素,其中采取何種經(jīng)營模式無疑是城市商業(yè)銀行跨區(qū)域發(fā)展中一項十分關(guān)鍵的抉擇?鐓^(qū)域經(jīng)營中,城市商業(yè)銀行可以選擇并購重組、異地設(shè)立分行、區(qū)域聯(lián)合、直接參股、設(shè)立村鎮(zhèn)銀行等經(jīng)營模式。在一定條件下,城市商業(yè)銀行跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營不限于單一模式,關(guān)鍵是要因地制宜,選擇適合自己的經(jīng)營模式。 本文圍繞城市商業(yè)銀行跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營模式選擇這一主題,綜合運用增長極理論、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化理論、規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)與范圍經(jīng)濟(jì)理論、交易費用理論、利潤最大化理論;采用理論分析與數(shù)理證明相結(jié)合的方法對城市商業(yè)銀行跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營的現(xiàn)狀、跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營的模式、跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營的特點、跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營主流模式選擇、直接參股與設(shè)立分行影響因素等進(jìn)行了較為全面的分析,還對直接參股與設(shè)立分行在不同影響因素下的情況建立利潤模型進(jìn)行比較分析,最后對城市商業(yè)銀行跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營提出了相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:As the "third echelon" of China's banking industry, urban commercial banks have been restricted in their business activities at the beginning of their establishment. In recent years, with the development of regional economic integration and the liberalization of cross-regional management policy. The single city management model of city commercial bank can not meet the requirements of market development. Firstly, the development of regional economic integration has led to the cross-regional flow of funds. Customers continue to ask banks to provide them with cross-regional financial products and services, cross-regional management has become a major trend of the development of urban commercial banks. Secondly, the regulatory authorities through careful research. According to the principle of classification, the restrictions on the cross-regional development of urban commercial banks with good qualifications have been gradually relaxed. April 2009. The CBRC issued the Adjustment opinion on the Market access Policy of the branches of small and Medium-sized Commercial Banks (try out), which relaxed the restrictions on the establishment of branches across the region by city commercial banks. And adjusted the approval process of setting up branch offices in different regions, which promoted the rapid development of cross-region. Cross-regional management should consider many factors according to its own situation, among which, what kind of management mode is undoubtedly a very key choice in the cross-regional development of urban commercial banks. City commercial banks can choose M & A and reorganization, set up branches, regional joint, directly participate in shares, set up village banks and other business models. Under certain conditions, the cross-regional management of urban commercial banks is not limited to a single model. The key is to adapt to local conditions, choose their own business model. This paper focuses on the choice of cross-regional business model of urban commercial banks, the comprehensive use of growth pole theory, regional economic integration theory, economies of scale and scope economy theory, transaction costs theory. Profit maximization theory; Using the method of theoretical analysis and mathematical proof, the paper chooses the current situation, the mode of cross-regional operation, the characteristics of cross-regional operation, and the mainstream mode of cross-regional operation of urban commercial banks. The paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the influence factors of direct equity participation and branch setting up, and also makes a comparative analysis on the establishment of profit model under different influence factors between direct equity participation and branch setting up. Finally, the paper puts forward relevant suggestions to cross-regional management of city commercial banks.
