【摘要】:關(guān)注放在技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新等方面。隨著信息、通訊技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展以及金融市場開放度的不斷提高,金融服務(wù)外包這一經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)象備受矚目,商業(yè)銀行服務(wù)外包做為金融服務(wù)外包的主要組成部分近年來迅速發(fā)展。銀行服務(wù)外包的實質(zhì)在于截取企業(yè)價值鏈中的高利潤環(huán)節(jié),縮小其經(jīng)營范圍,將有限資源集中配置在企業(yè)的強(qiáng)勢領(lǐng)域,以突出銀行的競爭優(yōu)勢,降低經(jīng)營成本。 本文研究的重點在于分析了我國商業(yè)銀行服務(wù)外包對銀行績效的影響。文章緊緊圍繞著我國商業(yè)銀行服務(wù)外包活動和銀行績效變化現(xiàn)狀這兩個方面,采用規(guī)范與實證相結(jié)合的研究方法。首先從交易費用理論、價值鏈理論、核心競爭力理論三個角度分析商業(yè)銀行服務(wù)外包對銀行績效的影響機(jī)制,并且將銀行績效分解為成本效率、盈利能力、安全穩(wěn)定性三個方面,進(jìn)而分別具體研究商業(yè)銀行服務(wù)外包對銀行績效各方面的影響路徑;然后選取我國13家商業(yè)銀行2001-2010年的面板數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實證分析,檢驗三種作用路徑下銀行服務(wù)外包對其績效的積極影響,實證結(jié)果表明:商業(yè)銀行金融服務(wù)外包對銀行盈利能力短期有負(fù)面影響,但長期具有積極影響;對銀行成本效率短期影響不顯著,長期有正面影響;對銀行的安全穩(wěn)定性短期影響不顯著,長期具有正向影響;肯定商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展服務(wù)外包的積極作用。最后在此研究的基礎(chǔ)上,針對我國商業(yè)銀行服務(wù)外包發(fā)展中的不足,提出了相關(guān)政策建議,指出如何利用服務(wù)外包這一新型戰(zhàn)略,促進(jìn)我國商業(yè)銀行績效的提升。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information and communication technology and the continuous improvement of financial market openness, the economic phenomenon of financial service outsourcing has attracted much attention. Commercial bank service outsourcing as the main component of financial service outsourcing has developed rapidly in recent years. The essence of banking service outsourcing is to intercept the high-profit link in the enterprise value chain and narrow its business scope. In order to highlight the competitive advantages of banks and reduce operating costs, limited resources are concentrated in the strong areas of enterprises. The focus of this study is to analyze the impact of commercial bank service outsourcing on bank performance. The article closely revolves around the commercial bank service outsourcing activities and the current situation of bank performance changes. First of all, from the perspective of transaction cost theory, value chain theory and core competitiveness theory, this paper analyzes the influence mechanism of commercial bank service outsourcing on bank performance from three angles: transaction cost theory, value chain theory and core competitiveness theory. And the bank performance is decomposed into three aspects: cost efficiency, profitability, safety and stability, and then the impact of commercial bank service outsourcing on bank performance is studied in detail. Then, the panel data of 13 commercial banks in China from 2001 to 2010 are selected to test the positive impact of bank service outsourcing on its performance. The empirical results show that: commercial bank financial service outsourcing has a negative impact on the profitability of banks in the short term, but has a positive impact in the long run; The short-term impact on the cost efficiency of banks is not significant, but has a positive impact in the long run. The short-term effect on the safety and stability of banks is not significant, but it has a positive effect in the long run. Confirm the positive role of commercial banks in the development of service outsourcing. Finally, on the basis of this study, in view of the deficiencies in the development of service outsourcing of commercial banks in China, put forward the relevant policy recommendations. This paper points out how to use the new strategy of service outsourcing to promote the performance of commercial banks in China.
