【摘要】：本文研究的是股票投資價值分析，作者選定友誼股份(上海友誼集團股份有限公司)作為分析對象，利用MBA學(xué)習(xí)期間掌握的相關(guān)知識，首先分析當(dāng)前國家宏觀經(jīng)濟發(fā)展形勢和介紹當(dāng)前我國證券市場的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r；其次，在行業(yè)分析的基礎(chǔ)上，對公司基本面進行深入研究，運用SWOT分析方法重點分析該公司的市場競爭態(tài)勢和發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，最后在對公司現(xiàn)狀以及公司未來發(fā)展有一定了解的基礎(chǔ)上，，預(yù)測公司未來的盈利情況和現(xiàn)金流量，運用貼現(xiàn)現(xiàn)金流模型以及市盈率等相對估值法對公司進行估值，其分析過程和方法可為投資者在證券市場的實際投資操作提供參考。
[Abstract]:This paper deals with the analysis of the value of stock investment and the author ' s selection of friendly shares ( Shanghai Friendship Group Co . , Ltd . ) as the analysis object . Based on the analysis of the industry , the author firstly analyzes the current situation of macro - economic development and introduces the development of the securities market in China . Secondly , on the basis of industry analysis , the company ' s market competition situation and development strategy are analyzed . Finally , based on the analysis of the industry , the company can forecast the future earnings and cash flow , and the analysis process and the method can provide reference for investors ' actual investment operation in the securities market .
