【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、城市化推進(jìn)以及現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的崛起,樓宇經(jīng)濟(jì)已經(jīng)成為一種新興都市特色經(jīng)濟(jì),從而帶動(dòng)樓宇內(nèi)企業(yè)高端性、高集聚性、高效益性發(fā)展,有效推進(jìn)城區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展進(jìn)程,并成為城區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型、產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)、能級(jí)提升的新引擎。在現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)進(jìn)入快車道之時(shí),金融產(chǎn)業(yè)在樓宇經(jīng)濟(jì)中的地位凸顯,銀行、保險(xiǎn)、證券以及相關(guān)金融產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的形成為樓宇經(jīng)濟(jì)推波助瀾。本文以H市N區(qū)為例,通過(guò)樓宇經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)城區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)貢獻(xiàn)率、金融產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)樓宇經(jīng)濟(jì)貢獻(xiàn)率的分析,充分展現(xiàn)金融產(chǎn)業(yè)在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的重要地位,從而發(fā)揮好政府、樓宇經(jīng)營(yíng)單位、樓宇業(yè)主、物業(yè)公司等主體職能,在營(yíng)造良好金融投資環(huán)境、政策環(huán)境、服務(wù)環(huán)境上下功夫,做文章,進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)樓宇經(jīng)濟(jì)、城區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。 本文從稅收角度來(lái)研究金融產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)樓宇經(jīng)濟(jì)的貢獻(xiàn)力和帶動(dòng)力,通過(guò)對(duì)金融產(chǎn)業(yè)稅收結(jié)構(gòu)、稅種分類、納稅規(guī)模等數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,提煉出金融產(chǎn)業(yè)具有較強(qiáng)的納稅能力,是樓宇經(jīng)濟(jì)納稅貢獻(xiàn)率的重要來(lái)源。通過(guò)分析金融產(chǎn)業(yè)在樓宇經(jīng)濟(jì)中的重要地位和作用,反應(yīng)出金融產(chǎn)業(yè)是樓宇經(jīng)濟(jì)重點(diǎn)引進(jìn)、培育、服務(wù)的對(duì)象,是樓宇經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)的重要目標(biāo)。因此,重點(diǎn)應(yīng)該放在做大、做強(qiáng)金融產(chǎn)業(yè)并提高金融產(chǎn)業(yè)稅收貢獻(xiàn)率上,為樓宇經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展提供強(qiáng)有力的支撐。
[Abstract]:With the economic globalization, the rise of the city and promote the modern service industry, building the economy has become a new urban characteristic economy, so as to promote the building of high-end enterprises, high concentration, high efficiency of development, effectively promote urban economic development, and become a city of economic restructuring, industrial upgrading, enhance the level of the new engine in the modern service industry into the fast lane. When the prominent status of financial industry in building economy in banking, insurance, securities and financial industry chain formation related to building economic waves. This paper takes N District of H city as an example, through building the economy of urban economic contribution rate Analysis on building economic contribution of financial industry, fully show the important status of financial industry in economic development, so as to make good use of government buildings, business units, building owners, property companies in the main function, create a good financial investment The environment, the policy environment, the service environment, do the article, further promote the building economy, the urban economic development.
From the tax point of view to study the contribution of the financial industry of building economy and drive, the financial industry tax structure, tax classification, analysis of the size of the tax data extracted from the financial industry has a strong ability to pay, is an important source of building economy tax contribution rate. By analyzing the important position and role in the financial industry the building of the economy, reflecting the financial industry is focusing on the introduction of the building economy, training, service object, is an important goal of building the economy of industrial upgrading. Therefore, emphasis should be placed on the bigger, stronger financial industry and improve the financial industry tax contribution rate, provides a strong support for the building of economic development.
