【摘要】：近年來，私募股權投資逐步占據(jù)我國投資愛好者的眼球。私募股權投資的活躍是我國加快經(jīng)濟建設、穩(wěn)步發(fā)展金融市場的發(fā)展結果。隨著我國資本市場逐步完善和經(jīng)濟蓬勃發(fā)展,我國企業(yè)的高成長性對股權投資者的吸引力持續(xù)增強，我國私募股權市場掀起一場PE（private equity）之風。 然而，隨著進入私募股權投資基金和新興的機構越來越多，行業(yè)監(jiān)管規(guī)范以及市場日益成熟理性，投資者散戶化和資金熱錢化使得投資成本逐步抬高；同時，在經(jīng)濟增速放緩、資本流動性下滑的現(xiàn)實背景下，PE機構的投資回報率、行業(yè)募資、投資以及退出活躍度出現(xiàn)明顯下滑，中國PE行業(yè)正在步向嚴冬。面對這樣的現(xiàn)狀，，如何保障中國私募股權行業(yè)持續(xù)快速發(fā)展成為一大難題。 PE項目開發(fā)關乎私募股權投資總過程的運行，一套高效率高質量的項目開發(fā)體系則是一個PE投資機構成功的關鍵。本文首先梳理了與PE項目開發(fā)相關的理論知識，做了文獻綜述，然后抓住重點介紹九鼎投資公司的發(fā)展概況與項目開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀，并就九鼎投資公司創(chuàng)新項目開發(fā)模式進行分析。接著，結合九鼎投資公司在消費品行業(yè)的項目開發(fā)樣本嘉士利食品公司實例，從該項目運作的全過程來分析九鼎投資公司的項目開發(fā)策略，包括項目定位、項目篩選、渠道建設等。最后，論文給出了九鼎投資公司對PE項目開發(fā)的成功模式實踐經(jīng)驗。
[Abstract]:In recent years, private equity investment in China gradually occupy the fans in the eye. Private equity investment activity is to accelerate the construction of our country economy development, the steady development of the financial market. With the development of China's capital market is gradually improved and the rapid economic development, the attraction of high growth enterprises in our country to equity investors continue to increase, the market private equity has raised a PE (private equity) of the wind.
However, with the entry of private equity funds and emerging more and more organizations, industry regulation and market becoming more mature and rational investors, individual investors and financial hot money making investment costs up gradually; at the same time, the economic slowdown in the background, the real capital liquidity decline, PE rate of return on investment, industry associations, investment and exit the activity decline significantly, China PE industry is coming to the winter. In the face of such a situation, how to protect the Chinese private equity industry sustained and rapid development has become a major problem.
PE project development for private equity investment of the total process of operation, a set of high quality and high efficiency project development system is the key to a successful PE investment institutions. This paper reviews the development of theoretical knowledge related to the PE project, the literature review, and then introduces the development situation and seize the key project Development Company Jiuding investment situation then, Jiuding investment company innovation project development mode was analyzed. Then, combined with the example of Jiuding investment companies in the consumer goods industry project development sample Jiashili food company, analysis of project development strategy Jiuding investment company the whole process of the operation from the project, including project location, project selection, channel construction and so on. Finally, the paper gives the Jiuding investment company to PE project development success experience.
