【摘要】：匯率機制改革后人民幣匯率一直處于一個升值趨勢,但是2008年后至今將近1年的時間內(nèi)卻基本保持不變。本文利用2005年7月2日-2009年8月13日匯率數(shù)據(jù)探討人民幣籃子中貨幣權(quán)重的動態(tài)變化,來解釋匯率機制改革以來人民幣/美元走勢。我們發(fā)現(xiàn):①在整個估計區(qū)間內(nèi),美元平均權(quán)重達到88%,同時美元權(quán)重存在結(jié)構(gòu)性變化;②利用滾動回歸(rolling regression),美元權(quán)重可以分為三個階段:2006年10月-2008年8月,2008年9月-2009年1月和2009年2月-2009年8月,分別處于緩慢上升、快速下降和重新回調(diào)的趨勢中;③引入外匯市場壓力(EMP),使用月度數(shù)據(jù)對籃子貨幣重新進行了考察,歐元在籃子中權(quán)重大幅上升,同時匯率對外匯市場壓力反應(yīng)并不明顯。因此人民幣仍取決于籃子中最主要的兩種貨幣:美元和歐元的權(quán)重轉(zhuǎn)換及二種貨幣間的價值變化。
[Abstract]:The exchange rate mechanism after the reform of the RMB exchange rate has been in a rising trend, but since 2008 nearly 1 years has remained basically unchanged. The dynamic changes of the currency basket weights on July 2, 2005 exchange rates in August 13th -2009 data, to explain the exchange rate mechanism reform of RMB / dollar. We found that: in the whole estimation range, average weight reached 88% dollars, while the dollar weight has structural change; using the rolling regression (rolling regression), the dollar weight can be divided into three stages: October 2006 -2008 August, September 2008 -2009 year in January and February 2009 -2009 August, respectively in the slow rise and rapid decline in the trend of re callback; the introduction of the foreign exchange market pressure (EMP), using monthly data on the basket of currencies re discussed, the euro weights in the basket to rise sharply At the same time, the exchange rate's reaction to foreign exchange market pressure is not obvious. Therefore, the RMB still depends on the two main currencies in the basket: the weight conversion between the US dollar and the euro and the value change between the two currencies.
