【摘要】：中國作為世界上最大的發(fā)展中國家和最大的外資流入國,外商直接投資(Foreign Direct Investment, FDI)企業(yè)已成為中國經濟發(fā)展的重要成分。為優(yōu)化外商投資結構,中國1995年首次頒布《外商投資產業(yè)指導目錄》并先后5次修訂逐步放寬了外資的準入限制,吸引外資進入。與發(fā)達國家相比,中國港口市場潛力巨大；國內政治、經濟、社會環(huán)境穩(wěn)定,特別是2004年,中國開放外資投資港口的股權限制后,港口業(yè)日漸開放,已成為吸引外商投資的重點行業(yè)之一,港口業(yè)吸引外資呈現出強勁的增長勢頭。截止2011年底,我國港口吸引外資已經超60億美元。隨著我國港口業(yè)的開放和FDI的大量涌入,港口業(yè)的市場結構正在發(fā)生著顯著的變化。因此,研究FDI的流入對港口行業(yè)市場結構的影響顯得尤為重要。 本文從直接投資理論、區(qū)位理論和產業(yè)組織理論出發(fā),對中國港口外商直接投資的區(qū)位分異特征和和市場結構的特征進行了分析。本文采用泰爾指數法對我國港口FDI的區(qū)位分異特征進行了數據計算。從區(qū)位分異的特征看,我國港口的FDI地理分布都集中于沿海主要港口,且尤以華東及華南地區(qū)為主要集聚地,約80%～90%的外資投資額分布于上述兩區(qū)域；在投資來源地方面：珠江三角洲以港資為主的亞洲資本領先,環(huán)渤海港口群以AP穆勒-馬士基領頭的歐洲資本為主；在外資進入模式方面：東南沿海地區(qū)內外資均衡模式和內河地區(qū)外資控股模式傾向十分明顯,環(huán)渤海地區(qū)、長三角地區(qū)具有外資參股式傾向,而珠三角地區(qū)具有外資控股式傾向。從市場結構看,我國港口市場是寡頭壟斷型；港口市場集中度呈逐年下降趨勢且具有較高的規(guī)模經濟壁壘。文章進一步分析了我國五大港口群的FDI區(qū)位分異的特征和市場結構,采用典型相關模型,運用spss19.0軟件研究了我國五大港口群的FDI區(qū)位分異與其市場結構關系,得出我國五大港口群內FDI的區(qū)位分異對市場結構的影響程度的數據運行結果。最后,針對不同的港口群內FDI的區(qū)位分異對市場結構的影響程度,結合港口群的區(qū)位分異特征及市場結構特征,提出五大港口群的港口政策使港口市場的市場競爭更為充分,使得市場的發(fā)展更加健康、有序。
[Abstract]:Chinese as the world's largest developing country and the largest inflow of foreign capital, foreign direct investment (Foreign Direct, Investment, FDI) enterprises have become an important component of economic development. Chinese to optimize the structure of foreign investment, Chinese 1995 issued the first "Industrial Catalog for foreign investment" and has 5 amendment gradually relaxed the access of foreign investment restrictions to attract foreign investment. Compared with the developed countries, Chinese port market potential; domestic political, economic, social and environmental stability, especially in 2004, making China shares authority port opening to foreign investment, the increasingly open port industry, has become one of the key industries to attract foreign investment, showing a strong momentum of growth of port industry to attract foreign investment at the end of 2011, China's port has been attracting foreign investment of over $6 billion. With the influx of FDI open and China port industry, port industry market There are significant changes in the structure. Therefore, it is particularly important to study the impact of the inflow of FDI on the market structure of the port industry.
In this paper, starting from direct investment theory, location theory and industrial organization theory, characteristics and differentiation characteristics of the market structure on the China port of foreign direct investment location are analyzed. This paper uses Theil index location method for China's port FDI differentiation characteristics were calculated. The characteristics of data from location difference, FDI the geographical distribution of ports in China are mainly concentrated in the coastal ports, especially in East China and Southern China region as the main gathering place, about 80% to 90% of the amount of foreign investment located in these two areas; in the source of investment: the Asian capital leading the Pearl River Delta to Hong Kong owned the ring to AP Muller - Maersk Group the leading European capital of Bohai port; in terms of foreign entry mode: the tendency of domestic and foreign foreign holding mode of equilibrium models and inland areas along the southeast coast area is very obvious, the Bohai Sea region, the Yangtze River Delta region With foreign equity type tendency, and the Pearl River Delta region has a foreign holding type tendency. From the market structure, China's port market is oligopolistic market concentration; port barriers scale economy declining trend and high. The article further analysis of China's five ports group FDI location differentiation characteristics and the market structure, using canonical correlation model, of China's five major ports of the FDI location differentiation and its market structure by using spss19.0 software, that China's five major ports in the location of FDI differentiation on the market structure, the influence degree of the data results. Finally, according to the different port groups in the location of FDI the differentiation degree of influence on the market structure, combined with the port group location differentiation characteristics and market structure, put forward five major ports port policy make port market competition more fully, making the market The development is healthier and more orderly.
