【摘要】： 金融是現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟的核心，解決農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟發(fā)展問題離不開金融的支持。但是近年來，農(nóng)村正規(guī)金融機構(gòu)網(wǎng)點收縮、農(nóng)村資金大量流失、農(nóng)村金融服務(wù)滯后、農(nóng)民貸款難等現(xiàn)象的普遍存在，表明農(nóng)村金融支持在不斷的弱化，嚴(yán)重的影響著我國農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展。本論文正是在此背景下，，利用金融支持經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的相關(guān)理論來研究農(nóng)村金融對農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的支持效果，探討農(nóng)村金融支持存在的主要問題及成因，并借鑒外國的先進經(jīng)驗，提出促進農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的金融支持策略。 全文共由六章組成： 除了第一章緒論之外，第二章是關(guān)于金融支持農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的相關(guān)理論綜述。主要是運用歷史分析的方法對金融促進經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的作用機制理論、金融發(fā)展及農(nóng)村金融理論進行了簡要的總結(jié)和概述。 第三章從金融總量、金融組織和金融政策三個方面描述了我國農(nóng)村金融發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀，分析了我國農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中金融支持存在的問題，并從農(nóng)村金融體系、農(nóng)村金融工具、信用環(huán)境及金融法律政策等方面探討了農(nóng)村金融支持不足的原因。 第四章計算了農(nóng)村金融在要素投入量增長、要素生產(chǎn)率及經(jīng)濟總量提高三方面的貢獻。 第五章通過分析美國、日本和印度三國農(nóng)村金融在支持農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展方面的做法，總結(jié)了國外農(nóng)村金融支持農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗。 第六章結(jié)合我國農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟金融發(fā)展實際，提出了促進我國農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的金融支持對策。
[Abstract]:Finance is the core of modern economy, and the problem of rural economic development can not be solved without the support of finance. However, in recent years, the network of rural formal financial institutions has contracted, a large number of rural funds have been lost, and rural financial services have lagged behind. The widespread existence of the phenomenon of farmers' loan difficulty indicates that the rural financial support is weakening and seriously affecting the development of rural economy in China. This paper is precisely against this background. Using the theory of financial support for economic development to study the rural financial support to rural economic development, to explore the main problems and causes of rural financial support, and learn from the advanced experience of foreign countries. Put forward the financial support strategy to promote the development of rural economy. The full text consists of six chapters: In addition to the introduction of the first chapter, the second chapter is about the financial support of rural economic development related theories, mainly the use of historical analysis of the role of financial mechanisms to promote economic development. Financial development and rural finance theory are briefly summarized and summarized. The third chapter describes the current situation of rural financial development in China from three aspects: total amount of finance, financial organization and financial policy, analyzes the existing problems of financial support in the development of rural economy, and analyzes the rural financial system from the point of view of rural financial system. Rural financial instruments, credit environment and financial laws and policies, and other aspects of rural financial support to explore the reasons. Chapter 4th calculates the contribution of rural finance to the growth of factor input, factor productivity and total economic growth. Chapter 5th summarizes the experience of foreign rural finance in supporting rural economic development by analyzing the practices of rural finance in supporting agricultural development in the United States, Japan and India. Chapter 6th, combined with the development of rural economy and finance in China, puts forward the financial support countermeasures to promote the development of rural economy in China.
