【摘要】:目前我國有中小銀行五百多家,占全部銀行數量的96%以上,總資產規(guī)模已超過73萬億元,在銀行業(yè)總資產中的占比已超過50%,中小銀行已成為中小企業(yè)金融服務的主要力量,但相比大型國有銀行明顯競爭力不足,所以分析中小銀行競爭力十分必要。 本文首先將從四個方面,即安全性、流動性、盈利能力、創(chuàng)新能力來判定中小銀行競爭力的大小。然后將所要分析的中小銀行分為三類,每類選取4家銀行,最后抽取的銀行共有十二家,分別是:浦發(fā)銀行、招商銀行、民生銀行、華夏銀行、北京銀行、天津銀行、寧波銀行、哈爾濱銀行、北京農商行、上海農商行、天津農商行、重慶農商行。收集獲取上述銀行于2012年上半年的相關報告并得到了其關鍵性數據,并采用層次分析法分析上述銀行所具有的競爭力大小,得到最終的競爭力大小排名結果。 上述工作完成之后,接著就是找出影響這些銀行競爭力的因素,并加以分析。股份制銀行競爭力不足的主要原因是市場份額缺失,管理水平滯后;城市商業(yè)銀行競爭力不足的主要原因是城市商業(yè)銀行的風險管理技術落后,公司治理機構不完善,籌備資金渠道狹窄和自身定位模糊;相比之下農村商業(yè)銀行競爭力不足的主要原因有,農村商業(yè)銀行經營風險過于集中,難以滿足客戶的個性化需求和產品和服務創(chuàng)新技術含量低。然后根據實際情況,針對各類中小銀行提出提升競爭力的對策:股份制銀行可以通過適當提高市場份額,改善管理能力來提高競爭力;城市商業(yè)銀行可以通過建立全面的風險管理系統(tǒng),推進良好的內部評價體系,健全資金補充渠道和細分市場,打造核心競爭力來提升競爭力;農村商業(yè)銀行可以通過降低不良貸款率,為客戶提供特色化、個性化、人性化的服務,加快金融創(chuàng)新的步伐來提升競爭力。
[Abstract]:At present our country small and medium-sized banks more than 500, accounting for more than 96% of the number of all banks, the total assets have more than 73 trillion yuan in total assets in the banking sector accounted for more than 50% of small and medium-sized banks has become the main force of the financial services of small and medium-sized enterprises, but compared with the large state-owned banks obviously lack of competitiveness, so the analysis of small and medium sized banks is very competitive necessary.
This paper from four aspects, namely, safety, liquidity, profitability, innovation ability of small and medium-sized banks to determine the competitiveness of the size. Then the small and medium-sized banks to analysis is divided into three categories, each category selected 4 banks, the bank finally selected a total of twelve, are: Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, China Merchants the bank, Minsheng Bank, Huaxia Bank, Beijing bank, Tianjin bank, Ningbo bank, Harbin bank, Beijing agricultural firms, Shanghai agricultural firms, Tianjin agricultural firms, Chongqing agricultural firms. Reports of obtaining the banks in the first half of 2012 and got the key data, and using AHP to analysis the bank with the competition power, to obtain the final competitiveness ranking results.
After the completion of the above work, then is to find out the factors that influence the competitiveness of banks, and analyzes the main reason is the lack of competitiveness of the joint-stock banks market share loss, lag management; the main reason is the lack of competitiveness of the city commercial bank risk management of city commercial banks in the backward technology, corporate governance mechanism is not perfect, the narrow channels of funding the main reason and self localization is fuzzy; compared with the lack of competitiveness of the rural commercial banks, rural commercial bank management risk is too concentrated, difficult to meet customer demand for personalized and innovative products and services with low technical content. Then according to the actual situation, the countermeasures to enhance the competitiveness of small and medium-sized banks: put forward all kinds of joint-stock banks can appropriately raise the market share to improve the management ability, to improve the competitiveness of city commercial banks through the establishment; Comprehensive risk management system, promote the good internal evaluation system, perfect the capital supply channel and market segments, to build the core competitiveness to enhance competitiveness; the rural commercial bank can reduce the rate of non-performing loans, provide specialized and personalized customers personalized service, accelerate the pace of financial innovation to improve competitiveness.
