【摘要】：金融在現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟中的核心地位早已成為經(jīng)濟學(xué)家們的共識，國內(nèi)外學(xué)者們關(guān)于金融與經(jīng)濟之間的關(guān)系研究比較豐富，也取得了不少的研究成果。也有學(xué)者對金融發(fā)展對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的深層次機制做了研究，如分別從金融發(fā)展推動技術(shù)進步及產(chǎn)業(yè)升級來探討金融對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的巨大作用。但對金融發(fā)展與技術(shù)進步與產(chǎn)業(yè)升級之間關(guān)系的研究較少，實證分析更乏善可陳。本文試圖將金融發(fā)展、技術(shù)進步與產(chǎn)業(yè)升級納入到一個整體的分析框架，系統(tǒng)的研究金融發(fā)展、技術(shù)進步與產(chǎn)業(yè)升級之間的交互作用，以求進一步豐富金融發(fā)展理論。 本文綜合運用了金融發(fā)展理論、技術(shù)進步和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)理論等多學(xué)科理論并采用計量經(jīng)濟方法，深入研究了金融發(fā)展、技術(shù)進步與產(chǎn)業(yè)升級之間的交互關(guān)系。本文的研究工作及結(jié)論主要集中在以下幾個方面: 首先，系統(tǒng)的介紹了金融發(fā)展與技術(shù)進步和金融發(fā)展與產(chǎn)業(yè)升級的相關(guān)理論，在此基礎(chǔ)上通過建立金融發(fā)展、技術(shù)進步與產(chǎn)業(yè)升級的分析框架，從理論上分析三者的交互作用。分析得出：金融發(fā)展通過資本形成機制、資本流動機制和產(chǎn)業(yè)升級機制促進技術(shù)進步與產(chǎn)業(yè)升級；而產(chǎn)業(yè)倒逼機制和技術(shù)擴散機制則促使了金融的進一步發(fā)展。 其次，使用面板數(shù)據(jù)模型和DEA方法分別測算了1994-2010年全國29個省的金融發(fā)展和技術(shù)進步指標(biāo)，結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)無論東部還是中西部地區(qū)，金融發(fā)展水平基本保持平穩(wěn)，但這一趨勢在2008年之后發(fā)生了改變，此后逐漸恢復(fù)。從三大地域的金融發(fā)展水平來看，1994-2008年間，金融發(fā)展水平一直呈現(xiàn)出東高西低的趨勢，但這種趨勢逐步縮小。而2008-2010年間則呈現(xiàn)中部略高于東部的情況。從技術(shù)進步來看，1994-2010年間，我國的技術(shù)進步增長并不顯著，而分地域來看，三大地域的全要素生產(chǎn)率也沒有顯著差別。再看產(chǎn)業(yè)升級水平，整體上看，我國的產(chǎn)業(yè)層次在不斷的提高，產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)水平保持平穩(wěn)增長，從東中西三大地域來看，東部的產(chǎn)業(yè)升級水平明顯高于中部，而中部的產(chǎn)業(yè)升級水平高于西部。 第三，運用1994-2010年29個省市的金融發(fā)展、技術(shù)進步與產(chǎn)業(yè)升級的數(shù)據(jù)，通過面板協(xié)整、面板誤差修正、面板向量自回歸等計量經(jīng)濟模型對其關(guān)系進行實證分析。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)：金融發(fā)展對技術(shù)進步和產(chǎn)業(yè)升級有積極的單向作用，而技術(shù)進步對產(chǎn)業(yè)升級也具有積極的單向作用。金融發(fā)展、技術(shù)進步與產(chǎn)業(yè)升級可能存在著這樣一種路徑，即金融發(fā)展直接推動了技術(shù)進步，進而促進了產(chǎn)業(yè)的升級。 第四，基于理論和實證的分析，為了更好的促進全國金融發(fā)展和技術(shù)進步，優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)，提升產(chǎn)業(yè)層次，提出了促進金融發(fā)展，支持落后地區(qū)的發(fā)展、促進區(qū)域經(jīng)濟與金融協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展；注意金融和其他因素的配合，共同推動技術(shù)進步和產(chǎn)業(yè)升級等政策建議。
[Abstract]:The financial core status in the modern economy has become the consensus of economists, scholars at home and abroad about the relationship between finance and economy is relatively abundant, but also made a lot of achievements. Some scholars do the research on financial development on the economic development of the deep mechanism, such as from the financial development to promote technological progress and to explore the huge industrial upgrading of the role of Finance in economic development. But the research on the relationship between financial development and technological progress and industrial upgrading is less, the analysis more lackluster. This paper attempts to financial development, technological progress and industrial upgrading into a whole framework of financial system research and development, the interaction between technological progress with the industrial upgrading, in order to enrich the theory of financial development.
This paper uses the theory of financial development, technological progress and industrial structure theory and the use of econometric methods, in-depth study of the interactive relationship between financial development, technological progress and industrial upgrading. The research work and conclusions of this paper mainly focuses on the following aspects:
First of all, the system introduces the related theory of financial development and technological progress and financial development and industrial upgrading, based on the analysis framework through the establishment of financial development, technological progress and industrial upgrading, analysis of the interaction of three in theory. Analysis shows that the financial development through the capital formation mechanism, the mechanism of capital flow and industry the upgrade mechanism to promote technological progress and industrial upgrading; industrial forced mechanism and technology diffusion mechanism is the further development of finance.
Secondly, using the panel data model and DEA method to measure 1994-2010 in 29 provinces of the index of financial development and technological progress, the result shows that both the eastern and western regions, the level of financial development remained stable, but the trend after 2008 changed, then gradually recovered. From the level of financial development in three major areas look, 1994-2008, the level of financial development has been showing a low east west trend, but this trend gradually reduced. While between 2008-2010 showed slightly higher than the Central East. From the view of technological progress, 1994-2010 years, China's technological progress growth is not significant, and the sub region, total factor productivity three there are no significant differences between the regions. Look at the level of industrial upgrading, on the whole, China's industrial level is improving constantly, the level of industrial structure to maintain steady growth, from the West and East In the three regions, the level of industrial upgrading in the East is obviously higher than that in the middle, and the level of industrial upgrading in the central part is higher than that in the West.
Third, the use of 1994-2010 in 29 provinces of the financial development, technological progress and industrial upgrading of the data, through panel cointegration, panel error correction, panel vector autoregressive econometric model to do empirical analysis of the relationship between financial development. The study found: one positive effect on technological progress and industrial upgrading, technological progress the industrial upgrading has positive effect. One way of financial development, technological progress and industrial upgrading may exist in such a way, that financial development directly promote technological progress, and promote the upgrading of the industry.
Fourth, based on the theoretical and empirical analysis, in order to better promote the national financial development and technological progress, optimize the industrial structure, upgrade the industry level, put forward to promote financial development, support the development of underdeveloped areas, and promote the coordinated development of regional economy and finance; with the attention of financial and other factors, to promote technological progress and industrial upgrading. Policy recommendations.
