【摘要】：摘要：隨著國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,我國的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)暴露出一些嚴(yán)重的問題。一方面,全球性金融危機(jī)對(duì)實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)的沖擊,充分揭示了我國“低端化”產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的脆弱性；另一方面,長期以來,以“低效高耗”為特征的粗放型經(jīng)濟(jì)增長模式正面臨資源瓶頸的約束。產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不能適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的要求成為制約我國經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)性發(fā)展的主要因素,我國的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)亟待升級(jí)。而股票市場以其資本形成、配置等功能,已成為行業(yè)發(fā)展籌集資金的重要渠道。因此,探討股票市場融資對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的影響具有重要的意義。 本文結(jié)合金融學(xué)、產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的相關(guān)理論,運(yùn)用定性和定量相結(jié)合的方法來分析研究我國股票市場融資對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的影響。首先從定性的角度分析股票市場融資影響產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的機(jī)制,接著描述我國股票融資概況及產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的演進(jìn)過程,并比較了我國股票市場融資及產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演進(jìn)的區(qū)域差異。隨后從全國和區(qū)域的角度進(jìn)行相關(guān)的實(shí)證研究,在實(shí)證過程中首先對(duì)面板數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行單位根檢驗(yàn)、協(xié)整檢驗(yàn)以及確定模型形式,在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)面板數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行OLS回歸,同時(shí)采用動(dòng)態(tài)面板數(shù)據(jù)模型對(duì)實(shí)證過程進(jìn)行穩(wěn)健性檢驗(yàn),實(shí)證研究結(jié)果表明我國股票市場融資促進(jìn)了產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的升級(jí),并且這種促進(jìn)作用呈現(xiàn)區(qū)域化差異。最后進(jìn)行總結(jié),以現(xiàn)狀分析和實(shí)證結(jié)論為依據(jù)提出相關(guān)的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Abstract: with the rapid development of the national economy, the industrial structure of our country exposes some serious problems. On the one hand, the impact of the global financial crisis on the real economy, fully reveals China's "low-end" industrial structure vulnerability; on the other hand, for a long time, with low efficiency and high consumption "as the characteristics of the the extensive economic growth mode is facing the bottleneck of resources constraints. The industrial structure can not meet the demands of economic development has become the main factors restricting the sustainable development of economy in our country, the industrial structure of our country to be upgraded. And the stock market to form its capital allocation function, has become an important channel for the development of the industry to raise funds. Therefore, research on the stock market financing is of great significance to the influence of the industrial structure upgrading.
In this paper, with the combination of finance, the theory of industrial economics, using qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze the influence of stock market financing in China on the upgrading of the industrial structure. Firstly analyzes the mechanism of stock market financing influence the upgrading of the industrial structure from the qualitative point of view, then describe the evolution process of stock financing in China and industrial structure, and compares the regional differences of China's stock market financing and the evolution of industrial structure. Then the relevant empirical study from national and regional perspective, in the empirical process the first unit root test for panel data, cointegration test and determine the form of the model, based on panel data OLS regression, and robustness to test the empirical process using dynamic panel data model, the empirical results show that China's stock market financing to promote the upgrading of the industrial structure, and The promotion of this role presents regional differences. Finally, a summary is made, and the relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward on the basis of the status analysis and the empirical conclusions.
