【摘要】：金融危機(jī)打破了西方模式完美無(wú)缺的神話,對(duì)其剖析反思應(yīng)超越"政策批判"而進(jìn)入"制度批判",超越"經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)批判"而進(jìn)入對(duì)資本主義政治制度和權(quán)力本質(zhì)的"上層建筑批判"。金融危機(jī)的總根源不僅在具體的經(jīng)濟(jì)政策,也不只在于資本主義經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系的內(nèi)在矛盾,而在于維持這種經(jīng)濟(jì)政策和經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系的政治制度,在于整個(gè)資本主義制度的私有化屬性�，F(xiàn)代資本主義制度自建立以來(lái)一直不斷自我調(diào)整,試圖緩和或轉(zhuǎn)嫁其內(nèi)在沖突。但金融危機(jī)的爆發(fā)表明,經(jīng)濟(jì)"虛擬化"和"金融化"只是其自我調(diào)整的最高階段和完形形態(tài)。金融危機(jī)標(biāo)志著西方基于現(xiàn)行政治制度、上層建筑和國(guó)際秩序進(jìn)行內(nèi)控、自救的企圖失敗。而新興國(guó)家在危機(jī)中實(shí)現(xiàn)了政治上的覺醒和發(fā)展上的自主,一定程度上消滅了資本主義制度自我調(diào)節(jié)、轉(zhuǎn)化危機(jī)的空間,敲響了西方霸權(quán)的喪鐘。
[Abstract]:The financial crisis has broken the myth that the western model is perfect, and its analysis and reflection should transcend "policy criticism" and enter "system criticism". Beyond the criticism of "economic basis" and into the "superstructure critique" of the essence of capitalist political system and power, the general root of the financial crisis lies not only in the specific economic policies. It also lies not only in the inherent contradiction of capitalist economic relations, but also in the political system that maintains such economic policies and economic relations. Since the establishment of the modern capitalist system has been constantly self-adjustment, trying to ease or transfer its internal conflict. But the outbreak of the financial crisis shows that. Economic "virtualization" and "financialization" are only the highest stage and gestalt of self-adjustment. The financial crisis symbolizes the internal control of the west based on the current political system, superstructure and international order. The attempt to save oneself failed. In the crisis, the emerging countries realized the political awakening and the autonomy of development, and to some extent eliminated the space of self-adjustment of the capitalist system and the transformation of the crisis. It sounded the death knell of Western hegemony.
