【摘要】：交易制度為交易注入秩序,推動轉(zhuǎn)型升級、深化分工協(xié)作、提升交易利潤。交易制度對齊交易、減少沖突、形成互惠,降低了合作成本。轉(zhuǎn)型升級會促進(jìn)和深化產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈分工與協(xié)作、提升分工價值,但對交易秩序要求更高。因此,宏觀調(diào)控制度、微觀管制等交易制度的設(shè)計和實(shí)施應(yīng)有利于企業(yè)深化內(nèi)外部分工協(xié)作、提升分工價值,以促進(jìn)企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級決策。
[Abstract]:The trading system injects order into the transaction, promotes the transformation and upgrading, deepens the division of labor and cooperation, and enhances the transaction profit. The transaction system aligns the transaction, reduces the conflict, forms the reciprocity, reduces the cooperation cost. Transformation and upgrading will promote and deepen the division of labor and cooperation in the industrial chain, enhance the value of division of labor, but higher requirements for transaction order. Therefore, the design and implementation of macro-control system, micro-control system and other trading systems should be conducive to deepening the internal and external division of labor and cooperation, enhance the value of division of labor, in order to promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises.
