[Abstract]:Positive Solvay completed the acquisition of German big tow (50K) polyacrylic (PAN) carbon fiber quality precursor European Carbon Fiber Gmb H ("ECF"). Through this acquisition, Solvay will lay its deep development foundation, lead the application trend of composite materials in automobile field, serve the specific industrial market, and support the exploration of the potential of using large tow carbon fiber in aviation field.
