【摘要】：商業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)與創(chuàng)業(yè)戰(zhàn)略是新企業(yè)創(chuàng)建和成長的前提,是獲取競爭優(yōu)勢的重要保障。以新能源汽車新企業(yè)為例,分析不同類型商業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和創(chuàng)業(yè)戰(zhàn)略選擇對競爭優(yōu)勢的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),橫向商業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和縱向商業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)通過積極影響利用型創(chuàng)業(yè)戰(zhàn)略和探索型創(chuàng)業(yè)戰(zhàn)略,為新企業(yè)帶來競爭優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:Business network and entrepreneurial strategy are the premise of the establishment and growth of new enterprises, and the important guarantee to obtain competitive advantage. Taking the new energy automobile new enterprise as an example, this paper analyzes the influence of different types of business network and entrepreneurial strategy choice on the competitive advantage. It is found that horizontal business network and vertical business network bring competitive advantage to new enterprises by actively influencing utilization entrepreneurship strategy and exploratory entrepreneurship strategy.
