[Abstract]:Strengthening organizational leadership is the organizational guarantee for the implementation of the system, and promoting standardized management is the prerequisite for the implementation of the system. The establishment of warehousing network system is the hardware support for the implementation of the system. The material Branch of Jibei Electric Power Co., Ltd. is the supporting unit of material resources intensive construction of Jibei Company, and undertakes the management of material resources intensive functions. Responsible for the development of northern Hebei power grid to provide material supply support core business. Facing the problems of material supply, inventory control, supply chain management and so on, Jibei Company has made a reserve system oriented to supply chain management and continuously promoted the material.
