【摘要】：安徽省城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的不斷加快,在促進(jìn)社會(huì)進(jìn)步、經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)、居民生活水平提高的同時(shí),帶動(dòng)了建筑業(yè)市場(chǎng)的繁榮發(fā)展,而建筑業(yè)作為安徽省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),其快速發(fā)展也對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)也產(chǎn)生了重要影響。因此,針對(duì)安徽省城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程與建筑業(yè)發(fā)展的動(dòng)態(tài)關(guān)系進(jìn)行研究,對(duì)促進(jìn)安徽省城鎮(zhèn)化與建筑業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展至關(guān)重要。本文首先分析了安徽省城鎮(zhèn)化和建筑業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題,在此基礎(chǔ)上,利用安徽省1992-2015年城鎮(zhèn)化率、人均GDP和建筑業(yè)增加值的統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù),基于VAR模型,通過對(duì)變量進(jìn)行平穩(wěn)性檢驗(yàn)和協(xié)整檢驗(yàn),以及脈沖響應(yīng)函數(shù)和方差分解分析,對(duì)安徽省城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程與建筑業(yè)發(fā)展之間的長(zhǎng)期均衡關(guān)系及其動(dòng)態(tài)性進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。實(shí)證分析發(fā)現(xiàn),安徽省城鎮(zhèn)化率、人均GDP與建筑業(yè)增加值之間存在長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定的均衡關(guān)系;城鎮(zhèn)化率、人均GDP的變動(dòng)對(duì)建筑業(yè)增加值有正面促進(jìn)作用,而建筑業(yè)增加值的變動(dòng)也促進(jìn)了城鎮(zhèn)化率和人均GDP的增長(zhǎng);城鎮(zhèn)化率、人均GDP對(duì)建筑業(yè)增加值的方差分解貢獻(xiàn)度較大,而建筑業(yè)增加值對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)化率、人均GDP的方差分解的貢獻(xiàn)度也較高。理論和實(shí)證研究表明,安徽省城鎮(zhèn)化與建筑業(yè)存在相互促進(jìn)、相互依存的關(guān)系。最后,結(jié)合安徽省城鎮(zhèn)化與建筑業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的不協(xié)調(diào)因素,本文提出促進(jìn)安徽省城鎮(zhèn)化與建筑業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的政策建議。
[Abstract]:With the continuous acceleration of urbanization in Anhui Province, while promoting social progress, economic growth and the improvement of residents' living standards, the construction industry, as an important pillar industry of Anhui Province's economic development, has led to the prosperity and development of the construction market. Its rapid development has also had an important impact on the construction of urbanization. Therefore, it is very important to study the dynamic relationship between urbanization process and the development of construction industry in Anhui Province to promote the coordinated development of urbanization and construction industry in Anhui Province. This paper first analyzes the current situation and existing problems of urbanization and construction in Anhui Province. On this basis, based on the statistical data of urbanization rate, per capita GDP and added value of construction industry in Anhui Province from 1992 to 2015, based on the VAR model, Through the stationarity test and cointegration test of variables, as well as impulse response function and variance decomposition analysis, this paper makes an empirical study on the long-term equilibrium relationship and dynamics between urbanization process and the development of construction industry in Anhui Province. The empirical analysis shows that there is a long-term and stable equilibrium relationship between the urbanization rate, per capita GDP and the added value of the construction industry in Anhui Province. The change of urbanization rate and per capita GDP has a positive effect on the added value of the construction industry, and the change of the added value of the construction industry also promotes the urbanization rate and the growth of per capita GDP. The contribution of per capita GDP to the variance decomposition of the added value of the construction industry is greater than that of the added value of the construction industry, while the contribution of the added value of the construction industry to the urbanization rate and the variance decomposition of the per capita GDP is also higher. Theoretical and empirical studies show that urbanization and construction in Anhui Province promote each other and depend on each other. Finally, combined with the uncoordinated factors in the development of urbanization and construction industry in Anhui Province, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the coordinated development of urbanization and construction industry in Anhui Province.
