【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展,人類的消費(fèi)需求越來越多樣化,消費(fèi)者對(duì)產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量要求越來越高,產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中上下游企業(yè)對(duì)工業(yè)過程產(chǎn)品的交期要求也越來越短,生產(chǎn)企業(yè)對(duì)企業(yè)成本控制越來越嚴(yán)格,基于此,很多企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)管理思維也開始由大規(guī)模生產(chǎn)管理模式向精益生產(chǎn)趨向方式轉(zhuǎn)變。這種區(qū)別于大規(guī)模生產(chǎn)管理方式的精益生產(chǎn)管理思維給許多企業(yè)帶來困擾,尤其是在平時(shí)生產(chǎn)進(jìn)行過程中記錄下大量的生產(chǎn)相關(guān)聯(lián)數(shù)據(jù),并對(duì)這些數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行整理分析,以期得出數(shù)據(jù)背后的問題原因或可以改善空間,很多企業(yè)無法適應(yīng)這種管理思維的企業(yè)開始在競爭中處于劣勢。在這種背景下,MES制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)被越來越多的企業(yè)所重視并導(dǎo)入到實(shí)際的生產(chǎn)管理中來。本案例基于GAL公司為例,對(duì)工廠實(shí)際面臨的三個(gè)最主要的問題,如何加快產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)周期,如何提高生產(chǎn)設(shè)備使用效率進(jìn)行研究,如何提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量控制,從生產(chǎn)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析的重要環(huán)節(jié)入手,通過對(duì)生產(chǎn)人員,設(shè)備和流程進(jìn)行分析,找到問題的突破點(diǎn),并應(yīng)用MES制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)針對(duì)生產(chǎn)方式進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐并開展研究。首先通過導(dǎo)入MES制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)中的制程控管系統(tǒng)(WIP)模塊,通過大量的數(shù)據(jù)采集分析處理,來提高該產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)周期。其次利用MES制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)中的設(shè)備管理(EMS)模塊和OEE (Overall equipment effectiveness)設(shè)備綜合效率計(jì)算方法來改善GAL公司的設(shè)備效率；最后,針對(duì)產(chǎn)品過程質(zhì)量管控,采用MES制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)中的"SPC統(tǒng)計(jì)制程管理”模塊組進(jìn)行全生產(chǎn)過程質(zhì)量監(jiān)控,提高產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)良率,改善提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量控制能力。該問題的研究對(duì)于解決GAL公司所面臨的問題有著非常重要的研究意義,同時(shí)對(duì)于其他半導(dǎo)體生產(chǎn)企業(yè)也有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, the consumption demand of human beings is becoming more and more diversified, the consumers' requirements for the quality of products are getting higher and higher, and the delivery time of industrial process products by upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain is becoming shorter and shorter. The cost control of enterprises is becoming more and more strict in production enterprises. Based on this, the thinking of production management in many enterprises has also begun to change from mass production management mode to lean production trend mode. This kind of lean production management thinking, which is different from mass production management, brings trouble to many enterprises, especially records a large number of production related data in the process of production, and collates and analyzes these data. In order to get the causes of the problems behind the data or improve the space, many enterprises that can not adapt to this kind of management thinking begin to be at a disadvantage in the competition. In this context, MES manufacturing execution system has been paid more and more attention by more and more enterprises and imported into the actual production management. Based on the example of GAL Company, this case studies the three main problems that the factory actually faces, how to speed up the product production cycle, how to improve the efficiency of production equipment, and how to improve the product quality control. Starting from the important links of statistical analysis of production related data, this paper analyzes the production personnel, equipment and process, finds out the breakthrough point of the problem, and applies MES manufacturing execution system to carry on the production practice and carries on the research to the production mode. Firstly, the production cycle of the product is improved by introducing the (WIP) module of the process control system in the MES manufacturing execution system, and through a large number of data acquisition and analysis. Secondly, the equipment management (EMS) module and OEE (Overall equipment effectiveness) equipment comprehensive efficiency calculation method in MES manufacturing execution system are used to improve the equipment efficiency of GAL company. Finally, aiming at the product process quality control, the "SPC statistical process management" module group in the MES manufacturing execution system is used to carry out the whole production process quality monitoring, so as to improve the product production yield and improve the product quality control ability. The research of this problem is of great significance to solve the problems faced by GAL Company, and it also has certain reference significance for other semiconductor production enterprises.
