中國部分精密儀器與裝備發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及展望

【摘要】：簡要介紹了精密儀器與裝備的作用和中國部分領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,分析了緊密相關(guān)的幾項(xiàng)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)發(fā)展概況,剖析了與國外發(fā)達(dá)國家的差距以及未來發(fā)展空間,結(jié)合國家"十三五"時(shí)期的發(fā)展規(guī)劃,對精密儀器與裝備未來的發(fā)展進(jìn)行展望。
[Abstract]:This paper briefly introduces the functions of precision instruments and equipment and the present situation of development in some fields in China, analyzes on the development of several key technologies closely related to them, and analyzes the gap between them and the developed countries abroad, as well as the development space in the future. Combined with the national development plan of the 13th five-year Plan, the future development of precision instruments and equipment is prospected.
