【摘要】：目的:本課題將對D藥業(yè)集團滿藥生產(chǎn)的現(xiàn)狀進行調(diào)查研究,找出D藥業(yè)集團滿藥生產(chǎn)中存在的問題,進一步提出加快D藥業(yè)集團滿藥發(fā)展有效的建議和對策,推動滿藥產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,進而提高民眾健康素養(yǎng),有效促進民生幸福。方法:本論文首先概述了相關理論及法律法規(guī);其次,運用文獻研究法查閱有關滿藥的書籍、期刊、報紙和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上的資料,作為研究D藥業(yè)集團滿藥生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀的基礎。通過相關人士訪談法,并采用理論知識與實際調(diào)查相結合的方法,來反映D藥業(yè)集團滿藥生產(chǎn)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。最后,分析調(diào)研結果。結果:調(diào)查結果顯示在近年民族藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展迅猛的大環(huán)境下,滿藥產(chǎn)業(yè)也在迅速的發(fā)展。遼寧省有豐富的滿藥材資源。滿藥是一種獨具特色的民族藥。但至今滿藥尚未形成完整的體系,D藥業(yè)集團滿藥生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀仍存在研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)和營銷方面的問題。結論:為了推動滿藥產(chǎn)業(yè)的健康發(fā)展,介于對書籍、期刊、報紙和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上資料的研讀以及相關人士訪談的調(diào)研,提出以下幾點有針對性的對策與建議:D藥業(yè)集團在研發(fā)方面要以市場為導向,聯(lián)合產(chǎn)、學、研并二次研發(fā)大品種。D藥業(yè)集團在生產(chǎn)方面要規(guī)范化生產(chǎn),對生產(chǎn)技術進行創(chuàng)新并實行全面質(zhì)量管理。D藥業(yè)集團在營銷方面要提高顧客滿意度并打造滿藥品牌。本研究的創(chuàng)新之處在于:目前對滿藥產(chǎn)業(yè)領域的研究很少,本論文也是滿藥企業(yè)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀研究的第一例。本文采用文獻研究法和相關人士訪談法,對D藥業(yè)集團滿藥生產(chǎn)的現(xiàn)狀做以調(diào)查,在發(fā)現(xiàn)D藥業(yè)集團滿藥生產(chǎn)中存在的問題之后,對其存在的問題加以解決。
[Abstract]:Objective: this subject will investigate and study the current situation of drug production in D pharmaceutical group, find out the problems existing in the drug production in D pharmaceutical group, and put forward some effective suggestions and countermeasures to speed up the development of Manchu medicine in D pharmaceutical group, and to find out the problems existing in the drug production in D pharmaceutical group. Promote the development of Manchu medicine industry, and further improve people's health literacy, effectively promote people's well-being. Methods: firstly, the related theories, laws and regulations were summarized, secondly, books, periodicals, newspapers and Internet about Manchurian drugs were reviewed by literature research method, which was the basis of studying the present situation of Manchurian medicine production in D Pharmaceutical Group. Through the method of interview with relevant people and the combination of theoretical knowledge and practical investigation, this paper reflects the present situation of the development of Manchu drug production in D Pharmaceutical Group. Finally, the research results are analyzed. Results: the investigation results showed that under the environment of the rapid development of the national drug industry in recent years, the full drug industry was also developing rapidly. Liaoning Province has abundant resources of Manchu medicinal materials. Manchu is a unique national medicine. However, there are still some problems in R & D, production and marketing in D Pharmaceutical Group. Conclusion: in order to promote the healthy development of the Manchurian medicine industry, the study of books, periodicals, newspapers and the Internet, as well as interviews with relevant people, The following targeted countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: in R & D, D Pharmaceutical Group should be market-oriented, co-produce, study, research and research twice on large varieties. D Pharmaceutical Group should standardize production in terms of production. Innovation in production technology and implementation of total quality management. D Pharmaceutical Group in the marketing aspect to improve customer satisfaction and build a full brand of drugs. The innovation of this study is that there is little research on Manchu medicine industry at present, and this paper is also the first example of the study on the production status of Manchu medicine enterprises. In this paper, by means of literature research and interviews with relevant people, the present situation of drug production in D pharmaceutical group is investigated. After discovering the problems existing in the drug production in D pharmaceutical group, the existing problems are solved.
