【摘要】：改革開放以來,工業(yè)能耗強度盡管總體呈現(xiàn)下降趨勢,但與發(fā)達國家相比仍處于高位。文章首先分析了江蘇工業(yè)能耗強度的變動特征;接著探究技術進步、能耗結構、產(chǎn)業(yè)結構、能源價格等因素對江蘇工業(yè)能耗強度的作用機理;然后基于1990—2014年時間序列數(shù)據(jù),運用VAR實證分析多因素對工業(yè)能耗強度的脈沖響應與方差分解結果;最后提出優(yōu)化能耗結構、促進技術進步、理清能源價格體系等相關建議,以降低江蘇工業(yè)能耗強度。結果能為實現(xiàn)工業(yè)節(jié)能減排提供相關政策建議,也可豐富和完善節(jié)能減排理論。
[Abstract]:Since reform and opening up, the intensity of industrial energy consumption is still at a high level compared with the developed countries, although it shows a declining trend as a whole. Firstly, this paper analyzes the changing characteristics of industrial energy consumption intensity in Jiangsu Province, and then probes into the mechanism of technological progress, energy consumption structure, industrial structure and energy price on Jiangsu industrial energy consumption intensity. Then, based on the 1990-2014 time series data, the impulse response and variance decomposition results of multi-factors to industrial energy consumption intensity were analyzed by VAR empirical analysis. Finally, some suggestions such as optimizing energy consumption structure, promoting technological progress and clarifying energy price system are put forward in order to reduce the energy consumption intensity of Jiangsu industry. The results can provide relevant policy suggestions for the realization of industrial energy saving and emission reduction, and enrich and perfect the theory of energy saving and emission reduction.
