【摘要】：本文介紹了一種原理上基于Reason模型、應(yīng)用于制漿造紙企業(yè)的設(shè)備故障根本原因分析技術(shù),該技術(shù)描述了設(shè)備缺陷在潛在條件觸發(fā)、主動失效產(chǎn)生及縱深防御失效時缺陷發(fā)展為故障的軌跡。通過收集國內(nèi)某大型造紙企業(yè)典型設(shè)備故障案例,并嘗試?yán)靡蜃臃治�、聚類分析等統(tǒng)計(jì)方法,以概念抽象化方式處理的設(shè)備各種失效形式,借用美國能源部的能源企業(yè)設(shè)備故障原因分類方法,為制漿造紙企業(yè)進(jìn)行設(shè)備故障分析和信息化處理提供了分類依據(jù)。在參考其他行業(yè)應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一種適用于制漿造紙企業(yè)設(shè)備故障根本原因分析的流程。并總結(jié)了該技術(shù)在制漿造紙企業(yè)應(yīng)用的理論貢獻(xiàn)及應(yīng)用于其他過程生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的前景。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces a technology based on Reason model and applied in pulping and papermaking enterprises to analyze the root causes of equipment faults. This technology describes the triggering of equipment defects in potential conditions. Active failure generation and deep prevention of defects develop into the trajectory of failure when the failure occurs. By collecting typical failure cases of equipment in a large papermaking enterprise in China, and trying to use statistical methods such as factor analysis and cluster analysis to deal with various failure forms of equipment in a conceptually abstract manner. Based on the classification method of equipment failure in energy enterprises of the United States Department of Energy, this paper provides a classification basis for equipment fault analysis and information processing in pulp and paper making enterprises. Based on the application experience of other industries, a process for analyzing the root causes of equipment failure in pulping and papermaking enterprises is presented in this paper. The theoretical contribution of this technology in pulping and papermaking enterprises and the prospect of its application in other process enterprises are summarized.
