【摘要】：在對(duì)裝備制造企業(yè)的管理模式發(fā)展進(jìn)行梳理總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上,介紹了游戲化管理的概念;通過(guò)對(duì)游戲化管理成功案例的分析,討論了裝備制造企業(yè)融入游戲化管理的可能性和實(shí)施方法,為裝備制造企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新管理模式提供一個(gè)新視角。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the concept of gameplay management on the basis of combing and summing up the development of management mode of equipment manufacturing enterprise. Through the analysis of the successful cases of game-based management, this paper discusses the possibility and implementation method of equipment manufacturing enterprises' integration into game-based management, which provides a new perspective for the innovative management mode of equipment manufacturing enterprises.
