【摘要】：本文通過對中石化A公司業(yè)務(wù)外包方案的設(shè)計(jì)及研究,探討業(yè)務(wù)外包管理模式和管理問題,找出國有企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)外包運(yùn)作的主要經(jīng)驗(yàn),為國有企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)外包管理在理論上提供支持,在實(shí)踐上提供指導(dǎo)。文章闡述了目前國內(nèi)外業(yè)務(wù)外包的理論研究,對業(yè)務(wù)外包的類型及優(yōu)勢進(jìn)行說明,對業(yè)務(wù)外包的理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行了介紹;文章從分析中石化A公司的基本情況著手,對A公司進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)外包的可行性和必要性進(jìn)行了探討,明確了外包方案設(shè)計(jì)的基本原則和目標(biāo),重點(diǎn)對中石化A公司業(yè)務(wù)外包方案進(jìn)行了研究,針對該公司的實(shí)際情況提出具體的外包內(nèi)容和實(shí)施方案,論述了業(yè)務(wù)外包的具體實(shí)施步驟及保障措施;文章的最后指出業(yè)務(wù)外包對于企業(yè)核心競爭力的塑造具有積極的意義。作者希望通過本文的研究,一方面對中石化A公司業(yè)務(wù)外包的工作實(shí)踐進(jìn)行理論梳理,另一方面也為其他國有企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)外包理論研究和實(shí)際工作提供參考。
[Abstract]:Through the design and study of the outsourcing scheme of Sinopec A Company, this paper discusses the management mode and management of business outsourcing, and finds out the main experience of the operation of business outsourcing in state-owned enterprises. It provides support in theory and guidance in practice for the management of business outsourcing of state-owned enterprises. This paper expounds the theoretical research of business outsourcing at home and abroad, explains the types and advantages of business outsourcing, and introduces the theoretical basis of business outsourcing. Based on the analysis of the basic situation of Sinopec A Company, this paper probes into the feasibility and necessity of the outsourcing of A Company, and clarifies the basic principles and objectives of the design of the outsourcing scheme. Focus on the Sinopec A company business outsourcing program was studied, according to the actual situation of the company to put forward the specific outsourcing content and implementation plan, discussed the specific implementation of business outsourcing steps and safeguards; Finally, the paper points out that outsourcing has a positive significance in shaping the core competence of enterprises. The author hopes that through the research of this paper, on the one hand, the work practice of business outsourcing of Sinopec A company will be combed theoretically, on the other hand, it will also provide reference for the theoretical research and practical work of business outsourcing of other state-owned enterprises.
