【摘要】：為進(jìn)一步提升我國乳業(yè)市場競爭力,使其在有效滿足國內(nèi)市場需求的同時,積極應(yīng)對國外乳業(yè)競爭對手的挑戰(zhàn),筆者從全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈視角分別分析了上游奶牛養(yǎng)殖業(yè)、中游乳制品加工業(yè)、下游乳制品消費(fèi)市場在發(fā)展過程中存在的問題和實(shí)際發(fā)展水平,并提出促進(jìn)我國乳業(yè)競爭力提升的對策建議:宏觀層面,政府應(yīng)通過產(chǎn)業(yè)政策和行業(yè)監(jiān)管扶持引導(dǎo)乳業(yè)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展;中觀層面,種養(yǎng)加銷全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈一體化經(jīng)營模式,實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)效益最大化;微觀層面,提出產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈龍頭乳制品加工企業(yè)提升競爭力的對策。
[Abstract]:In order to further enhance the market competitiveness of dairy industry in China and to meet the challenge of foreign dairy industry competitors while meeting the domestic market demand effectively, the author analyzed the upstream dairy farming industry from the perspective of the whole industry chain. The problems and actual development level in the process of the development of the dairy processing industry and the downstream dairy consumption market in the middle reaches, and the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the competitiveness of China's dairy industry are put forward: macroscopic level, The government should guide the sustainable and healthy development of dairy industry through industrial policy and industry supervision support. At the middle level, the integrated management model of the whole industry chain of planting, raising and marketing is adopted to maximize the industrial benefit. At the micro level, the countermeasures to enhance the competitiveness of the leading dairy processing enterprises in the industrial chain are put forward.
