【摘要】：全面風(fēng)險(xiǎn)信息管理系統(tǒng)依賴其專業(yè)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控管理技術(shù),通過風(fēng)險(xiǎn)信息收集、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)控制以及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警等功能,能夠有效針對(duì)各種風(fēng)險(xiǎn)發(fā)揮其預(yù)防、控制、監(jiān)督與改進(jìn)的作用,且貫穿于電網(wǎng)企業(yè)各層級(jí)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控網(wǎng)絡(luò)。使得風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理規(guī)范化、科學(xué)化、常態(tài)化,使風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范扎根于基層、扎根于員工的日常工作中,為實(shí)現(xiàn)公司戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)保駕護(hù)航。本文將研究如何構(gòu)建電網(wǎng)企業(yè)的全面風(fēng)險(xiǎn)信息管理系統(tǒng),提出了一整套全面風(fēng)險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)管理的解決方案,首先,闡述了課題研究的背景及意義,通過對(duì)國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀分析,提出了本課題研究目標(biāo)及內(nèi)容,并結(jié)合電網(wǎng)企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀分析了全面風(fēng)險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)需求,從業(yè)務(wù)架構(gòu)、技術(shù)架構(gòu)、功能架構(gòu)及數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)四個(gè)層面對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),本系統(tǒng)采用B/S架構(gòu),基于SG-UAP平臺(tái)實(shí)現(xiàn),前端采用JS框架,后端基于JAVA語言,數(shù)據(jù)庫使用ORACLE11g。然后針對(duì)各功能模塊要實(shí)現(xiàn)的業(yè)務(wù)功能進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì),最后,介紹了系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施效果,該套系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化了電網(wǎng)企業(yè)現(xiàn)有工作流程,用戶體驗(yàn)較好,提升了電網(wǎng)企業(yè)處理風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的水平和能力。在論文的總結(jié)與展望部分對(duì)課題的研究成果進(jìn)行了歸納和總結(jié),并展望下一階段研究方向。
[Abstract]:The comprehensive risk information management system relies on its professional risk prevention and control management technology. Through the functions of risk information collection, risk assessment, risk analysis, risk response control and risk warning, the comprehensive risk information management system can effectively play its preventive role against all kinds of risks. The role of control, supervision and improvement, and throughout the grid enterprise at all levels of risk prevention and control network. Make the risk management standardized, scientific, regular, so that risk prevention rooted in the grass-roots, rooted in the daily work of employees, to achieve the strategic objectives of the company escort. This paper will study how to construct a comprehensive risk information management system for power grid enterprises, and put forward a set of solutions for comprehensive risk business management. Firstly, the background and significance of the research are expounded, and the current research situation at home and abroad is analyzed. The research goal and content of this paper are put forward, and the overall risk business requirement is analyzed according to the current situation of power grid enterprises. The system is designed from four levels: business architecture, technical framework, functional architecture and database design. The system is based on B / S architecture, based on SG-UAP platform, the front-end is based on JS framework, the back-end is based on JAVA language, and the database is based on ORACLE11g.. Finally, the implementation effect of the system is introduced. The system optimizes the existing workflow of power grid enterprises, and the user experience is good. Improved power grid enterprises to deal with the level of risk and the ability. In the part of summary and prospect of the thesis, the research results of this paper are summarized and summarized, and the research direction of the next stage is prospected.
