【摘要】：清代富榮鹽場的"年限井"是收益有時間限定的合資經(jīng)營體制,"子孫井"則是無時間限定的長期合資經(jīng)營體制,二者體現(xiàn)了投資者和土地所有者權(quán)利、義務(wù)的極大差別。道光以前,年限井占居絕對優(yōu)勢;咸、同以降,子孫井逐步上升為主導(dǎo)地位后,年限井僅殘存于鹽巖井和個別特殊合資經(jīng)營實(shí)體中。這一漫長的嬗替過程,最終導(dǎo)致子孫井"地脈日份"與土地所有權(quán)的徹底分離,完成了土地資源向土地資本的轉(zhuǎn)化。此外,還附帶論及分等、火井王、張樂三等問題。
[Abstract]:In the Qing Dynasty, the "fixed period well" in Furong Salt Farm was a time-limited joint venture system, while the "descendant well" was a long-term joint venture system with no time limit, which reflected the great difference between the rights and obligations of investors and landowners. Before Daoguang, the fixed number of wells occupied the absolute predominance, while the salt wells and the descendant wells gradually ascended to the dominant position, and the fixed number wells only remained in salt rock wells and individual special joint venture entities. This long process of evolution resulted in the complete separation of the land resources from the land ownership and the transformation from land resources to land capital. In addition, there is also a discussion of grading, fire well king, Zhang Leshan and other issues.
