【摘要】：正張茵全國(guó)政協(xié)委員、廣東東莞玖龍紙業(yè)有限公司董事長(zhǎng)產(chǎn)能過(guò)剩經(jīng)歷陣痛有創(chuàng)新才有出路隨著供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的提出,對(duì)像造紙行業(yè)這樣的傳統(tǒng)制造業(yè)而言,環(huán)保的要求更加嚴(yán)格,這既是挑戰(zhàn),也是機(jī)遇。國(guó)家環(huán)保部將進(jìn)一步落實(shí)排污許可證實(shí)施方案,提高造紙行業(yè)準(zhǔn)入門(mén)檻,提高門(mén)檻后,沒(méi)有許可證的企業(yè)將無(wú)法生存,也倒逼著企業(yè)必須創(chuàng)新升級(jí)。
