云南省工業(yè)經(jīng)濟時空差異及增長趨同分析

【摘要】：作為國民經(jīng)濟的主導部門,工業(yè)一直為國家或地區(qū)的發(fā)展與建設提供堅實的物質(zhì)基礎,它是一個地區(qū)進步與繁榮的集中體現(xiàn)。對于云南省而言,工業(yè)是其國民經(jīng)濟的核心產(chǎn)業(yè),隨著市場經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展,云南省工業(yè)經(jīng)濟也得到了前所未有的進步。然而,因政府政策、區(qū)位、自然稟賦、人才等諸多因素的影響,云南省各州市工業(yè)經(jīng)濟也存在較大差異,而這種差異的存在,除了會對區(qū)域工業(yè)經(jīng)濟協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展予以影響外,還會阻礙云南省整體經(jīng)濟社會的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。鑒于此,本文以云南省工業(yè)經(jīng)濟為研究對象,詳細剖析與研究云南省各州市工業(yè)經(jīng)濟的時空差異與增長趨同,進而在此基礎上結(jié)合云南省實際情況,提出相應的區(qū)域調(diào)控解決策略。這對于提高全區(qū)工業(yè)化水平,實現(xiàn)云南省工業(yè)經(jīng)濟的可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要的理論價值與現(xiàn)實意義。本文首先對云南省整體工業(yè)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀予以定性描述,然后以地州市作為研究單元,論述云南省各地州市工業(yè)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,立足于區(qū)域經(jīng)濟差異視角,借助絕對差異指標與相對差異指標來比較分析1998年至2014年間云南省工業(yè)經(jīng)濟的時空差異現(xiàn)狀。同時在用相對差異指標測度過程中,利用泰爾指數(shù)將總差異分為兩個部分,即區(qū)間差異與區(qū)內(nèi)差異,通過細分來全面對云南省工業(yè)經(jīng)濟增長差異演變規(guī)律及來源構(gòu)成予以揭示。通過本次實證分析表明:云南省工業(yè)經(jīng)濟增長差異變化呈“S”型特征,但從總體趨勢上來看,其逐年縮小。區(qū)內(nèi)差異與區(qū)間差異呈現(xiàn)“雙縮小”的特征,但區(qū)內(nèi)差異明顯小于區(qū)間差異。所以,縮小當前云南省工業(yè)經(jīng)濟增長差異的首要任務就是縮小區(qū)間差異。在差異分析的基礎上對云南省州市工業(yè)經(jīng)濟增長進行趨同研究,驗證全省、滇中、邊部和腹部各州市之間工業(yè)經(jīng)濟增長是否存在σ趨同、絕對β趨同以及條件β趨同的存在性。結(jié)果顯示,云南省州市工業(yè)經(jīng)濟增長整體上存在σ趨同和絕對β趨同以及明顯的條件β趨同,同時在1998年至2014年間絕對趨同速度為3.49個百分點。從區(qū)域角度來看,滇中、邊部和腹部地區(qū)都存在σ趨同和條件β趨同。此外,借助條件β趨同分析我們不難發(fā)現(xiàn),提高云南省各州市工業(yè)經(jīng)濟增長,實現(xiàn)工業(yè)經(jīng)濟協(xié)調(diào)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,云南省可以從提高滇腹、滇邊地區(qū)的工業(yè)人力資本投資水平、加大工業(yè)物質(zhì)資本投資力度、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、加快滇腹、邊部城市化進程等多方面著手。
[Abstract]:As the leading department of the national economy, industry has always provided a solid material basis for the development and construction of the country or region, which is the concentrated embodiment of the progress and prosperity of a region. For Yunnan Province, industry is the core industry of its national economy. With the development of market economy, the industrial economy of Yunnan Province has made unprecedented progress. However, due to the influence of government policy, location, natural endowment, talent and so on, there are great differences in the industrial economy of every city in Yunnan Province, and the existence of this difference will not only affect the coordinated development of regional industrial economy, but also influence the coordinated development of regional industrial economy. It will also hinder the overall economic and social sustainable development of Yunnan Province. In view of this, this paper takes the industrial economy of Yunnan Province as the research object, analyzes and studies in detail the spatial and temporal differences and the convergence of growth of industrial economy in various cities of Yunnan Province, and then combines the actual situation of Yunnan Province on this basis. The corresponding strategies of regional regulation and control are put forward. It has important theoretical value and practical significance for improving the industrialization level of the whole region and realizing the sustainable development of Yunnan's industrial economy. This paper first gives a qualitative description of the present situation of the overall industrial economy in Yunnan Province, and then takes the prefectural city as the research unit to discuss the present situation of the industrial economy development in various parts of Yunnan Province, based on the angle of view of regional economic difference. By means of absolute difference index and relative difference index, the present situation of temporal and spatial differences of industrial economy in Yunnan Province from 1998 to 2014 is compared and analyzed. At the same time, in the process of measuring the relative difference index, the total difference is divided into two parts, namely, the interval difference and the regional difference, and the evolution law and source composition of the industrial economic growth difference in Yunnan Province are revealed by subdivision. The empirical analysis shows that the variation of industrial economic growth in Yunnan Province is of "S" type, but it shrinks year by year from the general trend. The regional difference and the interval difference show the characteristic of "double narrowing", but the regional difference is obviously smaller than the interval difference. Therefore, reducing the current industrial economic growth gap in Yunnan Province is the first task is to narrow the interval gap. On the basis of difference analysis, this paper studies the convergence of industrial economic growth in Yunnan, and verifies the existence of 蟽 convergence, absolute 尾 convergence and conditional 尾 convergence in industrial economic growth between the whole province, central Yunnan, border and abdomen cities. The results show that there is 蟽 convergence, absolute 尾 convergence and obvious conditional 尾 convergence in the industrial economic growth in Yunnan Province, and the absolute convergence rate between 1998 and 2014 is 3.49 percentage points. From the regional point of view, there is 蟽 convergence and conditional 尾 convergence in central Yunnan, margin and abdomen. In addition, with the help of conditional 尾 convergence analysis, it is not difficult to find that in order to improve the industrial economic growth and realize the coordinated and sustainable development of industrial economy, Yunnan Province can improve the investment level of industrial human capital in Dian abdomen and Yunnan border areas. Increasing the investment of industrial material capital, adjusting industrial structure, speeding up the process of urbanization and so on.
