【摘要】：中冶集團(tuán)作為新中國鋼鐵工業(yè)的開拓者和主力軍,近幾年由一個深陷全面危機(jī)、完全依附于鋼鐵的傳統(tǒng)冶金老企業(yè)成功實(shí)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)型,靠的正是困境重壓下激發(fā)出來的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力這一重要支撐。打造中冶集團(tuán)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力就是打造企業(yè)"硬品牌"。在戰(zhàn)略掌控、改革創(chuàng)新、團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)、作風(fēng)紀(jì)律、示范引領(lǐng)等方面的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力建設(shè),已經(jīng)成為中冶集團(tuán)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的品牌模型。
[Abstract]:As the pioneer and main force of China's iron and steel industry, China Metallurgical Group has been successfully transformed in recent years by a traditional metallurgical enterprise that is deeply in crisis and completely dependent on iron and steel. It is the leadership that has been triggered under the weight of the predicament that underpins it. To build the leadership of China Metallurgical Group is to create a "hard brand" of enterprises.
