【摘要】：含鉛涂料的使用已在全球范圍內(nèi)引起了一定的健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。目前國際社會(huì)正在推動(dòng)淘汰含鉛涂料的全球行動(dòng)。歐美等發(fā)達(dá)國家已制定了相關(guān)法律法規(guī)及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)限值管控含鉛涂料。通過分析我國含鉛涂料的現(xiàn)狀及淘汰含鉛涂料存在的問題,提出了健全政策法規(guī)、促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)管理轉(zhuǎn)型機(jī)制、制定產(chǎn)業(yè)政策標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、加大淘汰含鉛涂料的宣傳培訓(xùn)力度等建議。
[Abstract]:The use of lead-containing paint has caused some health risks worldwide. At present, the international community is pushing for the global action to phase out lead-containing paint. Europe and the United States and other developed countries have developed laws, regulations and standards to control lead paint. Based on the analysis of the present situation of leaded coatings in China and the problems existing in the elimination of leaded coatings, suggestions are put forward to improve policies and regulations, to promote the mechanism of industrial management transformation, to formulate industrial policy standards, and to increase the propaganda and training efforts to eliminate leaded coatings.
